The app is the new Mobile Payment Savings Bank application that allows eligible customers (1) equipped with an NFC AndroidTM smartphones (from version 4.4) to access the service without Paylib touch.
(1) Only major natural persons capable, holding a Visa card from level Classic and a subscription to bank away from the Savings Bank are eligible (excluding Visa Electron and Visa Business cards range).

HOW TO ACTIVATE THE SERVICE WITHOUT CONTACT PAYLIB?
To activate the service 3 steps are linked directly:
1 / Go to the menu "Cards" of mobile Caisse d'Epargne (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.caisseepargne.android.mobilebanking), click on the button "Pay with mobile" and let it guide you to activate the service.
2 / Get on your smartphone (via the Store) application here Mobile Payment Savings and open it.
3 / Then let yourself be guided to complete the activation Paylib without contact.
The application Mobile Payment Savings Bank is compatible with Android 8.0 Oreo. However if your application Mobile Payment Savings Bank was blocked following update your smartphone with the new version Android 8.0 Oreo before this compatibility, you will have to remove your (your) card (s) from your bank application Mobile Savings Bank "Bank":
• Login to your account in the mobile application of your Caisse, under "Cards"
• Uncheck 'Mobile Payment' under each registered card,
• Then repeat the procedure for subscription to the service.

WHO IS THE SERVICE WITHOUT CONTACT PAYLIB?
• Holder of a smartphone version AndroidTM 4.4 and higher, with the NFC (Near Field Communication)
• Holder of a Visa card Caisse d'Epargne eligible service (Classic, Premier, Platinum or Infinite)
• Ability major
• Being customer holds a contract of the bank away from the Savings Bank in its mobile version on AndroidTM
• Having communicated his Savingsbank the line number attached to its compatible mobile phone, which will be associated with the Application Mobile Payment Savings Bank
