The app works well overall, however the homepage doesn't load. It always says there's a connection error even though I'm connected to wifi data.
I would rate this 5 stars if it would load without an error every single time. I also really miss the eraser tool from the old app, painful hands make errors on the pain imsge.
I'm not sure what's going on but I cannot get into the app. When I click on the app to open it, a message says I need to "be online." I'm always online. This started 2 months ago, and I've been using this app since 2017 with no problems until recently.
I like this app, but it's keep closing and errors while writing and draw down where the pain are for third time. i was hoping i can used it often.
App won't load any content after having me finish the first pain map and select diagnoses and content interests. What's the point of an app that only works for the first five minutes?
This used to be great but unfortunately the app doesn't open. It says that I'm offline but I'm always online. So sadly I uninstalled it as it's no good to me anymore.
I tried to use this app because it's something I could really use. However it just comes up as a loading screen and doesn't ever load something. Quite sad because I'd really like to use it

I used to love this app. I haven't been able to log in for months, and now even the web page is gone. :(
Can't even access it. Says I need to be online to use the app. I am online, I'm using the internet right now! Frustrating!

I wish there was an edit function for this thing. Its especially frustrating when it crashes and I cant use it. I havent been able to apply the last 2 days worth of entries. I also wish that I could zero in on one day and see a chart of just that day. My pain fluctuates throughout the day and it would be nice to see patterns for individual days more clearly.
Just cool explain your issues something comes out of someone's sleeves like a deck of cards! Then you can use that idea from that person and apply on yourself and there's always something out there that works! So all of you pain sufferers grab your smartphones and download pain companion and you'll SEE all the difference in pain relief in every color except black and white which most of us only know about! I really liked the layout, the ONE time I was able to access it. In 3 days I have only been able to access it once. Every other time I've tried to launch the app it says that it's unable to reach the server. I've tried on 4G, home wifi, and work wifi, multiple times. I can't accurately log if I can never access it.
I have been on here for 5 months. The support on here is awesome. But the lagging got worse . Now it won't load at all 🤔🤔
Find the app useful but my biggest gripe is that you can't manipulate the dates of the entries or have the ability to create multiple entries for different times of the days. Otherwise, it's better than the other pain apps out there.

I like the app, I just wish it had a better chart to read pain fluctuations over time. those dots on a box graph isnt readable in the way Id like it to be. im sure others feel the same. otherwise,i love the body chart we color. Wish there was more categories like specific times instead of from input to next input . itd be helpful also to have a med chart to compare day to day how little or muvh is taken/needed.
