I Really like this App! Especially considering that It Has NO STUPID ADVERTISING! HURRAY! It has a ton of effects and You can control the amount that you want. It's a bit glitchy when I try to save, but if you tap the save several times rapidly it generally saves, it might just be my phone too.But overall it's Awesome!

Pros: No ads, no cash needed, large amount of filters you can adjust the strength of. Cons: I can't find the share option, but not the download, so I had to screenshot & crop. Filters don't work without internet. Recommended for people with stable wifi, 4G or better.

Wow! Awesome effects this has. Works fast, no damn watermark and produces lovely photos. I don't mind ads. When you have a Windows phone, like l do, adverts on here don't bother you, because the apps in the Microsoft Store are horrendous! 🤣

just so annoying that you load worthless adds into a folder, every few pictures. I dont want to see you stupid adds. I just want to use the app. no such luck, so I score you a 1 out of hells 2 the no, dont use this annoying app. Waiting 3 minutes for your app to load a app into my divice beforeeven seeing on option to change a photo is too much. Get a clue Paint Art Effect, no one will put up with that, in their right mind.

This app never works for me. No matter what option I choose it says "Please after some time to apply effect because app is under processing." It never does anything and has been giving me this message for months. I tried to uninstall and reinstall to see if that would help but got the same message.

I actually thought, I myself was going to be able to draw, enhance COLORS, etc. The main reason I (possibly other people)will delete this app,.... waaaayyy too many ads!! MY GOSH! Can't even start anything and an annoying ad appears, URRR😠!!!! Thanks anyhow!

This app has major bug, When you select an image just has it bring you to the menu where you can crop the image before you start app it suddenly bring you right back to the main menu. It is not possible (right now...) to give any higher than 1/5 stars unfortunately.

It is a very very nice app. You can convert your pictures into cartoon effect. Also it is very easy to save with your effects. And sometimes it adjusts your filters. I am loving this application. You should try it once.

Good.... when it works. I installed it and did a few pics and was very happy with it, but then it simply stopped working. Everytime I applied a filter all I got was a blank screen. Lots of ads though.

Love the app, great filters but 1st I got a message saying to update when none was available. Now that it is updated it takes FOREVER to process and then most of the time the photos do not save correctly.

It is an very good app. You can edit your pictures nice and the way you want. Also it has oil painting effect. And deep editing features. You should try it once. I love this application alot.

If you are searching for an application to do photo editing, then there is no need to search anymore, in this application you can do very good photo editing. That too of HD quality too.

Can't create anything because ad after ad pops up every 5 seconds. Extremely annoying. Otherwise I probably would have used quite a lot. Get rid of the ads please.

This is a very good video editing app, I saw a lot of videos with this app, many videos are edited very well, the photos look big and nice. It is a very good writing app that you can enjoy by doing so.

The application is good and very nice to use. i liked it very much. nice updates and auto login into account. good filters and used it every day. freuqenlty using for art effect in many of my sketches.

App does not work. Can't select a paint option. Error message keeps popping up saying something about processing. Really bad👎 uninstalled immediately.

Cannot save work that I create in the app. Can share via facebook only. Cannot find help. Easy to accidentally delete one I am working on. Great filters, but useless for me.

Very simple and easy to use with great filters some of the pics I created where absolutely mind blowing a friend of mine actually didn't believe that I created one that I showed him until I was able to show him this app....
