I've had this app for 2.5 years now for scheduling (sync's with Posh Medical booking system) and I can't tell you how many times I've have to re-download it because it didn't work. Unfortunately I'm stuck with this, but if there were another way, I do it in a heartbeat. SO frustrating. Can't the admin for this program fix it? Do they care?
App locks me out all the time. Can only see 1 day of appointments at a time as well as service dollars.No weekly run down, or year to date. Can't edit service have to totally delete and start over. When looking at booking, time and appts don't match up so can't tell what time it's supposed to be. Can't add new clients or modify time of service. Needs a lot of help!
Loved being able to book my own appointments but this app logs me into others accounts randomly which is a huge security breach!! Uninstalled and won't use again!
only works for about 4 days then tells me OP LOGIN NOT FOUND. I've uninstalled and re installed at least 4 times and it continues to do it to me. when it does work I like it.
Hard to use. Has very poor user interface. User doesn't know current status and there's no help! Hate this app!
Doesn't allow for log in or out. I have an account and so does my husband and I scheduled for both of us. I can't log out of one and back into another. Useless
Was told to get a new phone to use this app and it's doing the same thing after purchasing a Samsung 10...op not found.
Allows me to do everything I need. I love being able to see my past appointments!
It's iffy... sometimes it works and other times it doesn't.
The app is alright. It does the job it needs when it's running correctly which is nice when you work for a hair salon. But my concern is that it looks very outdated. Please update the buttons and layout because it's just very bland. Looks like something I'd see on an old Nokia phone. And one thing is for sure is that when you're working in a salon you're trying to stay with the trends of today... it makes a salon look kind of cheap if they use an app that looks outdated or bland.
They came out with an update that hasn't failed me yet! Cool features!
It never works for me and gives me the wrong schedule.
This app needs a LOT of improvement! It doesn't integrate with my calendar app so after I book my appt, I have to manually enter it in my calendar; it doesn't allow me to add family members and book appointments for them; there's no way to add any notes for my stylist when I book; I can't add a pic to my profile; there's no profile or pic of my stylist; doesn't close on Samsung Note 8 with the usual back/close button--just generally really basic and antiquated!
