OK but can be improved. It would be great if I could use it to show the qr code of my tag, so I can use the zebra scanners instead of the app scanner. Also, as scanning is a bit slow, it would be helpful if I could use a +1 button for when I buy more than one of a product. Currently it has a -1, so it seems like a simple addition.
App worked ok but the process was rather confusing. Could do with more instructions within the app especially at checkout time. Even the staff in store weren't sure, took three of them to work it out together.
useless app for North Island customers. when you open the app, you have to scan sticky club card to access shopping page. otherwise you cannot see anything. Countdown app is better. at least anyone can use regardless of your location
What a useless app. I don't want to scan the items, I want to find out if the products are stocked, **and** in store. **bleeping** useless for me. Maybe create another app coz some people obviously use it. Then again, maybe I'll just go to Countdown instead.
It makes the process of shopping so easy it feels like I'm stealing. I feel bad for everyone else still shopping normally.
Would be good if the scanner stays on Instead of having to open it after every time you scan something
Useless app, ask for sticky club number. I love "Warehouse app" instead, very useful in contrast.
Keeps saying my tag is not registered for this service but yes it is. Did it in store.

Rubbish, we dont have this in Taupo and i am housebound. Htf can i scan stuff when i do online shopping? Why? Why? Why?

This was fixed and now works fine. Months on and it still does not work. Local staff said it does not work on phones. The app worked for a while. Then when I went shopping my previous days shopping cart remained. Trying to scan to start shopping or scanning the checkout, produce an error. Store staff suggest reinstalling. It's a lot of trouble to buy groceries but I tried, same result. When it worked it was good. How hard is it for the app to clear the cart on startup or close down?.
