It keeps saying some technical fault occured whenever I open the app ever since it got updated. I have an open complaint that I need to update but I can't do it because of this error.
It is just, Waste of time They do not resolve public issues but they make fun of public issues... The do not solve the issues..they think by closing the application without any solution they have done their job.. They haven't solved or resolved any issue even after 5/6 applications.. They have not solved there issue,,, instead of alleviating tension... They increases the stress... By misplacing our data... They closed our application with wrong statement and reply of another one...
This is worst application. They never resolve any issue. Complaints are just joke for Citizen Portal application. I registered 2 times complaints but both were just forwarded and later ignored and not resolved. Also took too much time. This is time wasting application.
It is nice .l have used it which resolved my problem in a better way but my case is pending in these days. Without this app ,it was impossible. I grateful for all officer of citizen portal.
Unfortunately, there isn't any option existing to change our mobile number, no matter if you change mobile number or disown your mobile number. Citizen's are not able to change mobile number. Shockingly seeing updates of the app but genius developers of the app missed the introduction of basic option i.e changing mobile number. In the end, appreciative initiate but atleast introduce basic features of the app.
This isn't a portal that addresses issues but a portal that renders a joke out of public issues. They think just closing all issues with the comment "relief not provided" means they have done their job. So what's the difference between them wasting your time offline than online? Ridiculous. A damn joke and waste of time.UPDATE ISSUES Also after updates we still have glitches & technical errors. Like right now. Also we cannot edit or change our feedback & there is no way to see typos as we type.

The complaint Response was good in the start but slowly the services kept on getting substandard and now its a complete failure. The departments closes the applications on their own without resolving the issues.
"some technical error occurred" I'm using it in Turkey. 2, if I check for updates it says up to date. Signifying an internet connection. Did you purposely disable it abroad? Did you block my ID or is it a bug? *Help
After recent update, app is not working, unable to sign in and if by chance get signed in then unable to lodge & submit any complaint. Kindly resolve the issue properly!
Wonderful App...Thanks to our great PM IK for giving us the "right to information"...I really really appreciate citizen portal team for their efforts and prompt action. This is great help for those who have no highier approach particularly minorities and deserving people. I have a very good experience with citizen portal support.
I may say its juuust ok. Sometimes action is taken. But i personally have problem whenecer i want to update some info. Very poor service. Updating anything in this app is very annoying
Should be more easy user friendly more fast more features and action from official need quick service if the applicant has some issue in feed back he or she may add the picture proofs in feedback reply the feature must be added
I have complained an issue three times but no action has been taken so far in spite of lapse of about six months. This is not a Citizen Portal but a forwarding agency which is of no use rather wastage of time and money.
Initially it was an amazing app but now it is not working in the name of updates after another. Now it is asking more information about the citizens of rather than giving them chance to register their complaint.
App is good but overall performance is zero. Very quick in action against paramedics and no action at all other than paramedics. I have several complaints about other departments including Environment, public health etc but zero response. Very very poor service.
Hi, I've successfully made a complaint through this app on the past. However, the app shows a blank screen when I open it now. There's no way for me to access any of the complainant options. I can only access the side bar. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
In the latest version (3.2.8), the attachments with the reply do not open. Plz fix this problem asap. Thanks
When i send any application it always says, unable to register complaint try again later, i am trying it from many days but every time i face this issue again and again
I installed this app after some time again and now when i signed up again it's showing some of the information in your profile is wrong, please check it otherwise your account will be blocked. Well I checked my account and all information is correct best to my knowledge. But the app is still showing same error and not letting me process further.
Please add a saved complaint option or draft option. It happened many times with me that whenever that I had to re write my complaint all over again. So just like email has draft and saves things on real time basis. Citizen Portal should also do this.
The new update have issues. Even couldn't load the first page showing message "Technical issues, please try again later"
A good app in all prospective, have some suggestions: *add an option to edit or modify our complaints. *Add an option related to defence like ministry of defence and forces to directly complaints to the high command. *Add and option to direct reply to our complaints. *Add feedback modification option. Useless app ... Surely everyone is making fun of us by forwarding complaints to one another. We are just wasting our time by making complaints. Even a single complaint has not been solved in 2.5 years duration.
I am trying to register myself but it is not working. I fill all the fields correctly on step one but it doesn't go next.
App remains buggy. Tried to login but says your Cnic is not registered. When I register, it says you are already registered. It used to work just fine but the last few months, it is unusable. What a waste of important govt funds and opportunity for the citizens to help resolve issues online.
Showing technical error. The day when government of Pakistan is changed after it portal showing technical error
App is good but some culprit officers drop complaints for no reason at all..so i think You guys should add feedback option to dropped complaints too with attachment option i.e audio,video,picture etc.And when we click the review complaint it should be automatically forwarded to higher authority at that moment.and also lots of bugs in the app tht need to be fixed like "some technical fault occured" or system under maintenace.. and all other bugs.
