Pakistan Post

I would say that's a pretty good initiative by the government but being an android developer myself I think this app was developed by a very amateur developer and it needs a lot of modification and correction. Specially the overall layout needs to be improved. I hope they would improve it as the time goes by. Good Luck!

look like application was not test by any person expect developer. Useless user interface. No deisgn standards followed for desiging UI. Icons are blurry. You cannot go back to main menu, application will close after pressing back button. Every page have default menu named "Setting", which do nothing. Application need to be improved on urgent basis at it present our national service.

It's a great app with important features. Buy I would like to suggest to add option of comment with any package arriving to pakistan. Because most the time the overseas Post offices write a confusing address. So it would be easy for PAK Post to understand the correct address and contact person to receive their deliveries on time. Thank you.

Giving 5 stars to encourage such initiatives but still these recommendations; 1) not working; Settings Button, locate Local Post Office, Back button, and Register complaint from mobile 2) Local post office should be linked with Google map such as in Careem, Uber applications 3) Buttons needed for Click to Call, SMS and email 4) Content, design is not easy to understand like on Tarrif, services 5) Above all, the app should be speedy. It's taking 3-7 seconds to open anything I click on.

When registering complaint for an international letter or parcel, it doesn't show up country selection option. It seems like register complaint is only made for local services. Even though if you select international letter or international registered letter in complaint section, it doesn't show country option

development of this app is worse I've seen. complaint system doesn't work it just hangs there forever and you can't sign up for cod or any other service online it just gives you phone number which we can find on Google. Idea is great but we need to update it and by advanced developers.

very good app and good intiative. just need to increase the speed to deliver parcels. Govt should aslo provide full facilities to make it more effective as well as it is a need to kill down the price of Pvt courrier to enhance govt own. else it's just an app. so if they realy want to make it effective, foest theey counter it, make publicty on media and make it more user friendly. long live Pakistan

It's useless. The whole app is useless. Its tracing option doesn't work. I am panic whether my interview documents will reach on time or not.

Every feature that I tried didn't work. It's an incomplete app which truly depicts the incompetence of the post office.

I have posted a Letter for the very first time. It's been 5 days, the parcel is still in transit. I'm having very bad experience with Pakistan post. Pathetic service.

1st time and worst experience. Ordered a package for my family from Pakistan. Had multiple items missing from my package once it arrived. Had 4 suits missing. Package was packed in Pakistan with red tape and arrived here in a different package. Its a shame this form of service is being offered in this day and age

Group of thieves and dacoits established this setup. Everytime I buy something and pay in advance they never deliver the parcel. I've lost 13 parcels in total and no one is there to answer about this. I Called, Emailed, reported on citizen portal but nothing works.

first of all i couldnt able to understand the purpose of this app. It seems that this app is developed by any none proffisionals. its only have contact number and adress of Postoffices. its a useless as it dont have any options to book any mail online.

Its a good initiative by The Government however, the App needs few improvements to make it user friendly. For example, control of App needs to be improved, it should depict the complete details of the concerned offices, details of POs needs to be added. GPS support may be included to locate the GPO and few more. I will request the admin to consider this, and may ask me more about this. Most of the features are of little use. Postal Codes are only for GPO. What is use of that? Important thing is that I must use my area postal code and not city postal code. Pickup facility is only for corporate users or at least 5 items. Locate nearest post office shows only 7 or 8 post offices in Lahore. Is this good enough? Also search should be interactive and not sort of PDF document. Idea is very good but implementation is just an eye wash.

I appreciate the Govt on this step. I must say in future Pakistan Post will be the best courier service in Pakistan. But in order to achieve that position, PP requires alot of unstoppable effort for streamline the process and eliminate the errors, bugs, complains at App level and Post offices also. I, as a Pakistani can only assured you that i will use your service in from now.
