I am using since last almost 3 years to purchase tickets online and see fares, vacant seats, train timings.i would say, it's really a revolution in Pakistan Railways. Apart from the positive angle, most of the time , the options to purchase mostly down or unavailable. That really make stressed becz I am used to purchase with ease. Please look into the matter.

Its very useful and easy to use app. I always prefer to book online ticket rather than visit to station. There are pros and cons in the app as all apps must have some. But one option should be added to modify the tickets, e.g. i booked 4 tickets earlier, then i want to add one more ticket for a child to travel with us. Right now there is restrictions to book ticket for a child individually.

I've been using this application from last 4 years. Last week, I changed my mobile and trying to download this application but not able to download it. Railway Live application has been downloaded but not this one. Can admin. help me out as I have very good last 4 years experience but now facing this issue.

Its is a very useful application for those who love to travel by train. I rate it two star because i facing some issues. When i download it doesn't install and an error occurs. So plz tell me why this issue occurs.

Shity app lots of bugs can't even open it worse interface. You guys should fire the developer. I have tried to install on different devices but keeps crashing can't even sign up. So important App let me know if you guys can't fix it. I can deploy my team to fix it free of cost .Also see the interface of UK or USA train app to get an idea what interface actually is. What's interface aesthetics are ???

A good app but works slow, and it gets irritating When you book ticket but some error occurs while paying charges and after that you don't have resume option to pay for the same booking instead you have to wait for 7/8 minutes to get your booking cancelled. There should be option to pay again for the same booking.

So many bugs and they don't go away even if I uninstall the app. The bug I am facing is that as soon as I click search, it crashes. That's it. In another phone, app crashes as it starts. This is a horrible bug. Fix it.

It has always been a great experience to use Pakistan railway app but for the last two weeks the app has been working very slowly. A lot of time is wasted to find the desired train and see the seats. 15 minutes Cursor rotates but no results. So Developers please/Kindly Upgrade/Update the app So that people can get out of trouble. Thank you for your cooperation in advance

I have been try to install this app for last 5 months. It always shows an error by saying can't install app now. Try again later. Really frustrated with this experience. All other apps are getting installed on my phone. I am not sure why this error keeps on appearing on my phone.

I have used this app from last 3 year it works fone but from last 3onths i am trying to install the app again but it is not installing on my device, if there is some bug in the app please remove and make the app downloadable again. It would be a great effort by the developer.

I have been using this app for last 5 years and the experience has been very good. But last night when i updated my phones android version the app got deleted automatically from the phone and now i am trying to download it but its not getting download. Please advise me in this regard

It's amazing and time saving ...I used this app last 2 year experience is good . But I can't install after my mobile turn android 11 to 12 version... Plz resolve the problem ... App is good in its working but somehow its GUI is designed in a very classical way. Fonts, multiple backgrounds, icons, and styles used in the app are very old giving it 20 years old Visual Basic 6.0 type look. So, PR app desperately needs a GUI overhaul to get a modern & international standard look which will ultimately make it more user friendly and convenient. Just check some Railways apps around the globe, how they are designed. I hope PR IT team will take it positively and work on it.

The overall experience of the app is good. I have a suggestion, please add an option to add the booked trips in our device calendar as well. That way we can set trip reminders and also schedule our week in a better way. As of now, I have to manually add these booked trips in my calendar.

The app is simple to use. The interface may be dated but it works quite smoothly. My biggest gripe is that there is no way of paying from BANK Accounts or BANK cards. Your only option is to have and use a mobile account... Developers please add Bank Account integration to the app. My second gripe is that PakRail IT dept doesn't appear to know ANYthing about SEO. If you search for PAKRAIL, the app is 5th or 6th in Playstore, and the website doesn't even appear in Google search...

This is a very good app for e-booking. Only issue is the limited no of payment methods. One more thing, eg, If i book 6 tickes and later if I want to cancel 1 seat/birth it can't be. The whole reservation has to be cancel. There should be an option to just cancel 1 or 2 seats/births according to someone's requirement. Thanks.

1. Still no support for Android 12... An orphan App😒😒😒 2. If you enter incorrect password, the phone number is blocked. And can not be used further, which is ridiculous.. 3. There should be an option to delete the "Pending Ticket" in order to change the mode of payment. One will have to wait for 3 hours till the order expires, which is worst..

This app was working correctly but after updating my device to Android 12, this app automatically got uninstalled. Also, while trying to install again, it always saying Couldn't Install. Really disappointed with this experience. 😕

Disable the seat cancellation option as there is an issue of double booking while traveling. One seat or berth is booked by two different people. So that the real passenger can travel comfortably. Thanks

Hi, For a very long time I've been trying to install the Pakistan Railway App but I don't know for some bugs/issue I can't install this and already inform you about this two or three time ago but not a single action has been taken from your side infact no one not contact with me regarding this issue, please look into this and resolve the issue. Worst app. Beautifuly designed but is completely useless. Most functions don't even work. App is unable to produce the requested information and shows various errors when trying to book tickets online.

Its been an amazing app but recently they left this app orphan as there are upgradation needed for the app. I have been trying to book ticket since last night but the app is showing error when choosing mobile account payment method. What's purpose of having an option when you can't use it?? How we are suppose to book the available ticket when they are not accepting payment methods?

Unable to install on android 12. Not sure whether it is the app architecture issue or it is not allowing overseas Pakistanis to install. Regardless, if they are keen on improving the overall system of the railway, they should consider allowing citizens and foreigners to download, register, and use the app freely. Plus the website won't load outside upon accessing it from out of Pakistan! Pathetic.

I m using this from long time but now after update of android ver 12 the app was automatically uninstalled from my mobile phone vivo v 21e. After that I trying lot of time to reinstall the app but it was crashed. I troubleshoot multiple times even reset my mobile setting but no result. Kindly solve this issue

New update of this app is so irritating! Every time, I open app, it just shows "Unfortunately, Pakistan Railways has stopped working " anD then suddenly it closes. I have even restarted my device several times but nothing improvement! At last, I am still unable to book my E-ticket !!! Such a waste of time.

The app is crashing on payment page when mobile account is selected, it used to work great just noticed this issue in the latest version today and due to that I have to fill all the details for every family member. In the previous version it asked details for only one family member which was very convenient please get that option back or provide alternative. Thanks

Pakistan railways is a very good and I fact is a best aap if we want to become a permanent passenger of the train. If we become the member of the Pakistan railways then we can buy the ticket of our particular route many a days ago. In this way our seat is protected for the journey. Ai addition it also gives the updates of the stations and the timing of the rains if the train is late then late timing is mentioned on the aap.
