Always having a verification code and to retype your numbe everytime you login and it doesn't work half the time. Poor interface not working half the time as well when swiping or viewing images.
Recently the apps can't be opened, what's wrong? Even after updated, it still can't be opened, and keep asking to erase the history chats on the account to work properly..? Why?
Paid for premium subscription of $169 and the app keeps crashing on my second day of usage. No reply from my email to the support.
Is a very good app, it allows you to do anything even when you're u didn't pay for it. So i give them five star.. most apps that are not up to them don't can do what they are doing.. well done for the good work and keep it up. More bless
Warning: Don't subscribe until you're confident this app is working well on your device. It crashes non stop on my Samsung Note 8. Cleared cache, cleared data, reinstall, all didn't work. I've had zero crashes with others like Tinder and Badoo after using 1 year. This app after 1 day all issues appear. Uninstalling now....
Seems like you have to pay for basically everything, you are not able to contact people without paying for a subscription. Also, the app is very buggy (although nicely designed). It feels really awful, almost like it's just a website rather than a native app...
It seems I can't view back the list that I have passed previously. You expect me to wait with black screen till you have new profile in database? It doesn't worth the paid subscription I made. Please look into it as I rather have something to view rather than telling me nothing view and showing me black screen. Add (5/6/19): Now it seems the Filter function has totally failed the whole app searching engine. Add (7/6/19): Now people liked me, and I can't like them back or start chat?!
2nd brief review Good -one tap to see all photos -quality over quantity talent pool -good basic features -has to play a weird game to send a message -supports Google photos Bad -UI is a bit clunky -some settings can't be changed when logged in -viewing photos is a bit annoying and clunky especially for first time users, but you get used to it after a while -very small talent pool for 18-20 years of age -i've had a decent amount of people over 25 'like' me -crippled in app chat (2.5-3)/5
Lousiest app + support. Chat window can just disappear suddenly for no whatsoever reason when you're in midst of chatting happily with your match. Happens a few times! Email support team but they just give excuses, try to push the issue away and insult your intelligence, instead of finding out more, investigatie and solve the issue. TERRIBLE APP NOT WORTH USING!
The daily sign-in reward system idea is good. It would be great to have the collected reward/points to also be used to redeem for certain features, i.e. View who likes you in the interest page or allow one to send messages to anyone. However, there is lacking of profiles. Perhaps can consider to repost the profiles after certain period of time.
Experiencing problems like showing weird years (2016, 2119) when I using it first day today. Chats are messed up too. Experienced glitches not long after using it. deleted my account so as to restart. Not only I lost my matches & chats, I also don't get match or view after restarting. I used same handphone number to sign up, although this time round I used nickname instead.
Very lousy apps. Paid and subscribe to premium. Received message alert but when I open my mailbox there is no message at all. It happen so frequently that I wrote in to feedback. Respond I received is my match must have blocked me which is unlikely. I keep receiving messages alert from same person but I cannot find the message in my inbox. Finally they decided to fix my problem but I m no longer interested to use the apps.
Paid subscription but cannot view who i liked unless i reinstall and install again but after a while, the list disappear and i have to repeat the step again, emailed their cs but not useful, even told me user cannot view who they like unless they like you back... And send me a video to learn how to use the app.... Not to mention other bugs like the screen turn white when you try to view the profile and the search keep on without showing any result unless i force close and open the app again
this app is a mess, first messages collide with each other.. 2 is i had to open another account on the same phone and even paid for premium subscription..but i cant use the app because whenever i open the app, my Facebook always say unverified, that way messages and matches gets deleted and i cant use my subscription.. just a waste of my time
Smashed several bugs ei? Here's a few I've been experiencing since I signed up for premium. 1. Profile randomly resets and I have to rekey in everything. 2. Chat doesn't sync properly. Been talking to somebody for a while. Saw the notification. Opened the chat and the updated message didn't come in. 3. So I reinstalled the app. Lost ALL my chats. For RM80 a month, this is nothing close to seamless lol. And hey, got blackmailed here too. Fun stuff!
Horrendously expensive fees for an app with a UI that its so unfriendly and unintuitive you'd think this was insipired by Ubisoft. Definitely not recommended and since their matches are mostly the same as Tinder's, I'd rather you go over there at least the UI makes more sense and cleaner looking.
Pretty useless. Allows profile pictures of anything, a car, a tree, a cartoon. Makes it impossible to see if it's worth paying for by severely restricting interaction and parameter settings. Try Date in Asia
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. The app I COMPLETELY USELESS because the distance filter is broken and you are only showed people that are 300-3000km away from you. I emailed the customer service email and they could not fix it. Still waiting for there response. Updated: It has been 1 week and no response from customer support. NO DISTANCE FILTER NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Update: I did contact them. They said the distance filter doesn't work (after waiting 1 month and 1 week to respond).
Ridiculous app. If some1 swipes right you get a notice that the person liked you. But then what? There's no way to start a conversation! I actually paid money for this thing! Then it tells me that if I tap on an icon to give a "gift", then that will increase chances that she'll chat w/me? Why would that increase the chances? The only communication you can have is to ask one of 3 pre-crafted messages, and they are stupid, things I would never ask. Waste of time & $. Zero stars if I could.
I downloaded the app and got my first match but it kept crashing when opening the convo window. Then it started returning an error on every swipe. Finally, I'm in Latinamerica but it keeps showing 100% profiles clearly living in Asia, as just 10 km away.
