Latest version seem to improve screen loading time. However, since I installed the app on my Car's Android multimedia, it seems the app is limited to one device using the same phone number. This is very problematic since I often need to use my phone when driving my other car that doesn't have Android. Not convinient at all. Maybe allow for 3 or three devices?
App is good, but... I use device linking to link my car tablet, when I do that the widgets on my phone stop working. Furthermore, even when using device linking it requires me to login every 2-3 days and that's really annoying, I arrive at the gate, blocking the street till the gate opens, just to find out I need to login again, wait for the SMS etc.
Using the app I rarely have any problems other than the occasional freeze up but if I try to use the widget it's always an issue. It used to work periodically with just a regular operation failed prompt, but now it says that I'm not associated with PalGate at all, even though the app works fine. If you could just get a consistent working widget you would easily deserve a 4-5 star rating.
Just won't work for me. I've been locked out of my apartment car park 4 times now as this won't work. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. When I do this I get one use out of if, next time I go to use it I get nothing. I can't do this everytime I go out!
Installed easy. Worked great the first time I used it. I would like to know if it is communicating by Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or internet. Agree that it would be nice to have Android Auto or other way of putting it on my touch screen in my truck. Widgets are definitely way too large. They should be one by one not four by one. Or at least offer multiple widget sizes. I'm sure the developer is working on it. I do like the app.
It works great for me. Feature request: It would be nice to be able to rearrange the order of the different gates by dragging and dropping vertically, for example. Update: Thanks for including that feature. The next feature that would help a lot would be Android Auto integration. That would be perfect. Thanks!
I tried to use this on an older phone running Android 4.4.2. PalGate is listed as compatible with this version and installs ok and works initially, but fails after phone has been switched off/restarted. Palgate tech support has been very helpful but hasn't been able to resolve the issue completely and I ended up having to buy a new phone just to run this app for access to one of my workplaces. The app works fine on a newer phone running Android 8. (Review updated 9 Jun 2019)
Doesn't open the gate half the time. Plus I gotta stop, pull my phone out of my pocket, put the car in park while I do that. I would rather just have a code to get in.
Excelent. Never failes. Allows dialing 2 gates in a fast sequence while still conducting a regular phone call. Thank you guys for a great application!
Working perfectly, I use it for four different places. Widget also work well. Will you make a version that will run on smart watches?

Please fix widget, it doesnt work on my phone. When press widget button always getting "oops operation error..."
A great app. It would be nice to show whether the Gate is opening, closing or stoped at some point. Looking forward to seeing this feature. "Automatic closing (timing)" is another feature might please users, I would be glad to see in coming days.
Hi! Application is usable, but requires some significant improvement - support of AndroidAuto. For drivers uses AA it is often a problem a spend time to reach phone, unlock and touch shortcut. Especially when you have no possibilty to do it in advance and can't block road for a second more. Support of PalGate shortcuts is required and will be very useful. In addition - PalGate widget is out-of-grid size for both my devices, based on AndroidOS v7.1 (resolution 1080 x 2160 px) and MIUI 12.5 (based on AndroidOS 11, resolution 1080 x 2400 px). Sleek and convenient app! It would be great if the admin features would be enhanced with remote controls management (add remote control serial number to a given user, revoke remote control access...) and a longer history log.
**Edited: thank you so much for all the help!** HI. My Android restored itself so I had to install all the Apps from scratch. However, the app asks me for my phine number, identifies me as an exsisting users but then it gets stuck. this happens again and again after I remove and re-install.
Works well most of the time but very difficult to switch out of Android auto to enable the app. Then occasionally getting the restart your Bluetooth request. Would be great if it supported Android auto.
Overall a good experience, but the widget stops responding after several openings, and then I am forced to open the app. Removing and re-adding the widget solves this temporarily.
Doesn't work with Android Auto. I don't get it, the whole idea is to open the gate from the car!
Application works well, however, it is missing some important featurs: 1. Option to change default add user settings, dial to open should be "on" by default or at least with the option to set it by default. 2. Option to add the same user to multiple gates - we have 2 gates in the parking lot, every user I add needs to be added manually twice. 3. Option to change "Device name" in the device settings. 4.Add multiple users. Please consider to add the above mentioned items.
Love this app! lately, the app widgets stopped working, Getting: "Ooops! Device Operation failed. Please try again". The gate opens from within the app but not from the home-screen widget. Please help

A great product and a great service. It's a rare combination! The new Google Assistant integration was missing for so long and was finally added. It's working great except for a tiny bug on Google's end. Talked about it with Pal's Customer Services and Support team. They handled it right a way with no delays. Great job!
