The app updated in the middle of my vacation and the terms are in Spanish, there's no way to agree to anything if you don't know Spanish! Who agrees to terms of you can't read them?

Restaurant reservations never work. Recommended fix by guest services is to keep choosing a different day, then it flashes reservation times for a brief second and then shows server connection error. Seems like async requests aren't canceled when changing params and back end can't handle load. The map is useless, it doesn't allow you to zoom in far enough to see things and orient when on premises. The user experience of the app is confusing. It takes far too many clicks to find things.

Easy to use, helps navigate your vacation!!!!

Slow; bad and inconsistent navigation; and zero caching make for a continually compromised experience. A native app would be much better. And don't even get me started on the confusing "exit" icon to change hotel

Terrible, stupid App designed by kids. If I want to see the menu of TRS restaurants, I shall not go to the restaurants tab. But I have to go to Chic Cabare! The User Interface is absolutely stupid. Anyway, it gives me an empty screen. The Palladium IT wasn't able to help. Tested on 3 different phones. The restaurants in Palladium have no menu on paper, so you have no idea what order. Palladium hires non professionals to save money. As a result, they have a stupid App.

Please update to include different languages as the old app used to allow you to select your language preferences. This current update it's all in Spanish can be frustrating for someone who cannot read or speak to Spanish at all. Other than that it's great.

The app is amazing in theory but there's plenty of glitches. The resort itself is incredible and everyone is super nice and helpful. I would give the app more stars if the glitches were fixed.

Really poorly designed app. The experience is so inconsistent and there are design/UI choices that make no sense. Simple things can take way too many steps in this app

The map is useless, you can't zoom in to use it to get around. The buffets aren't in here, only å la carte restaurants.

I went for a four day vacation. The water completely shut off for two of the four days. The second time I was in the shower when the water cut off, and I was in for 2 minutes when it did. This place has almost a five star rating and I've received one star service on my trip. Don't believe the hype, this has been miserable. I will never book Grand palladium again, this is BS. Punta Cana, DR. Avoid at all costs.

if you find yourself at one of these properties I highly suggest the app. alternatively if you know what room your friends are in and their departure date, and their email download it and log in as them. order room service and random free things. fun way to mess with them.

Nice rooms, but have had to request for towels since the second day of a seven day vacation. room service menu is sub-par considering what you are paying for to be here. alot a restaurants on property but TRS basically limited to 4, the steaks no matter the cut is mostly fat. Seen the butler once since the day we checked in. they keeps trying to sale you on their travel club (time share) even when your just asking for information about the different restaurants. Cancun so far is a bust.

We have only been here 1 day. The hotel is beautiful and very clean!!! The staff has been most helpful, courteous, and very friendly. The grounds around the hotel are exquisite with beautiful vegetation and again very clean and well groomed. I will definitely be coming back!

Great experience in Jamaica. Beautiful resort and great, friendly customer service. I would definitely stay there again.

App is old and mostly in spanish. Could not log in(unspecified error) to use notifications or concierge app mostly a waste of time and effort

The staff here are very nice and friendly. The food is good The only problems I had was my room floor was dirty when we first checked in. However the experience was wonderful

It's a great resort with amazing food and amazing pools. Service is superb and everybody is helpful and really friendly. My wife and I got married here and we are coming back to enjoy the resort.

You cannot ever reserve any activity or restaurant on the app or at the lobby. Sloppy service .

app still has a few bugs like being able to reserve a restaurant after it's closing time

Doesn't include the hotel I am staying in (TRS Coral), so yeah, it's useless.

This app makes reserving and researching everything your resort offers a breeze!

The most best app two get the information on what is happening on the stuff and sports

The app gets two due to the fact you have to SCROLL to your birthdate. That is a design class, I literally had to scroll for 7 minutes to get to my birthdate.
