I booked a ride and the price was ranged about 400 to 600 (there about). I reached the destination and the driver ended the ride and I now had to pay about 1400. I was very stunned and angry. It was the first time I used palmdrive in 18 months. I'll obviously never use palmdrive again but other people need to hear this. Fortunately I was able to pay the bill at that time but it can obviously be so much of a trouble if it's the other way round. It was night! Palm drive sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It takes you guys forever to send the OTP. I've been pressing the resend icon and for more than 8hrs now I haven't seen the code and all my effort to register keeps failing. You guys need to be serious cos as far as I'm concerned, you're not serious. Also make room for existing members to login instead of re-registering after uninstalling the app.
It has a serious problem with the One Time Password (OTP) which is meant to be given during signing up. this is 12th January 2019 and it hasn't been resolved. I read other reviews where it claimed to have resolved the issue. Update: it has not and this is poor and negligent from the makers of the app.
Connection lost. Sorry we are unable to connect to the server now. Since last week, I've been experiencing this, each time I want to login in the app. Again, ever since I downloaded this app, I've not been able to get a taxi to my destination in Agbani Road Enugu.
Totally useless. It's currently impossible to register on the app. Users are being asked for an OTP regardless of the fact that the app has no capability of delivering OTPs. Completely ridiculous. Even after sending allow to 2442 and retrying, there's still no OTP delivery.
Pam Drive is highly unreliable. Sometimes the app works well for weeks without issues then other times you can't get a ride. Its best to have this and Ceety Taxi so that they complement each other.
The pamdrive app has started misbehaving, today i used them for a trip and they displayed 1,786 as cash payment, meanwhile i opted for card payment, later they then called and said i should pay 2,834 and that their app wasn't working fine and it miscalculated. Meaning, the developer is not good enough and the owners doesn't know what they are doing. I've deleted the app. Secondly, regarding card payment, they will charge you N50 to add your card to the app and the card won't work for the trip
If your downloading this app your just wasting your time. How the hell will want to book a ride and the maps are not functioning. You'll call customer service to book a ride for you and it's like children are playing with the phone. Putting your call on hold. You'll just get stranded with this app. Just like I did today. I was totally standed. I had to start downloading another app and under 3 mins I got my ride.
Disappointed. Some of the Drivers do not know how to use Google map for navigation. Billing on app at booking for a ride is doubled at the end of ride. Not cool at all
This is the worst app on google playstore. Its a shame that common OTP, you can't make work on any mobile network in Nigeria. I will do a campaign against you guys. You totally suck. You've wasted my data and time over and over again. This app should be taken off playstore as it doesnt work. It has been so since last year. I'd see how i will draw googles attention to this mess you have uploaded here. Rubbish!
You see a different price on the app and then see a different price on arrival, not a good experience atall. And seem too expensive for short distance
The app stopped working all of a sudden, I had to download a new one. Plus I tried getting a cab around Woji village but no one around, not even around Odili road.
Great app. Solid performance!. No otp issues either. Send allow to 2442 to deactivate dnd on your phone if you have any otp issues
The service is good and ride prices are affordable but they need to work on card payment verifications by drivers. The drivers always hav call the company while keeping u waiting after u hav already been debitted.NOT cool.
it was a nice ride but price was so outrageous....i downloaded this app because they said it's cheaper than a normal taxi....i use #800 drop to go to my church always because its not far atll....but after the ride,i was charged a whooping... #1,619 for just a very short ride....i really regretted it
cannot register your app to start using it does not send otp, and when one click the " call phone " no body called. if we cannot register your app how can one use it buggy application
i have done everything i can. i have enough space n the network in my area is strong.. anyways m tired of trying to open it... lemme look for another means.
installed the app. it never sends the OTP. the call me feature doesn't work. I couldn't use the app so I uninstalled it.
the app is quite exceptional. no Otp issues for me. would advise to send ALLOW to 2442 for any otp issues to deactivate DND on your phone
The rates are too expensive,too expensive, I'd rather use Bolt, they have better offers for just the same experience.
Love this app, huge improvement from when it first started. Can you enable deleting your order history? No one needs to know my routine my going through my app.
arrived very fast, reached my destination very fast, respectful drivers, lively drivers, cool drivers, if you haven't tried this you're missing out.
Very bad experience. Requested for a ride to Owerri which was accepted only for the driver to get to me asking that I call the company, and cancel the ride 😡😡😡

The verification OTP never came, even the call me function just countsdown and ends with suprisingly no feedback, call or action from the app.

Downloaded the app and couldn't even get the OTP. Very disappointing.
Very useless taxi app, ripping people off. For a ride of approximately N1100, I ended up paying N2500.
