In the first 3 minutes already 3 problems: 1. fax numbers can not be assigned to a contact name (possible in theweb version), 2. I was not able to connect to business OneDrive account to read files, 3. it is not clear what is the "local folder" where the documents should be taken from. So I was not able to use the app for a basic functionality of sending 1-page fax. Pitty
Setup is tedious. But once it's done, it works brilliantly. There are some technical hiccups such as you cant put 0 after the country code or the process will keep looping without explanation. Linking dropbox requires patience as it keeps loading unless you grant access to local folders in another menu... Again no info. You initially get free 50 cents which I used to successfully send a fax to Switzerland for 11 cents. So even with the headache, 5 star given for getting job done free of charge.
The registraron process has an issue when it takes longer to send the confirmation email. Issues with the files upload. And the credit must be added with at least 10 euro, no chance to top up a smaller amount. Unhappy with this app and will uninstall.
The system (mobile and web) couldn't handle 3 pdf files, total 2Mb. When i contacted cust sppt, they told me to try a different file format. i replied that if they couldn't handle pdfs, they were of no value. They offered no other suggestions so I asked for the money i paid in advance to send fax. They said they wouldn't refund my money. DO NOT USE
just doesnt work. either doesn't recognize phone number, or when it does, it fails to open dropbox and drive for attachment. extremely disappointing. maybe it's because it is not compatible with Pie?
I use this app all the time. I'm anteuxk driver and need to fax a lot. It's fast and inexpensive. I would like it to show the preview like it did before. It works fine.
dont waste your time... you have to buy at least $15 worth of credit at a time. And 3 free pages? nope when i went to send my fax the credit only covered 1.5 pages so i need to buy more credit to send
No longer even runs on the latest version of Android.
It straight up doesn't work, and support never replied to my ticket. I just have to accept I've wasted 10€
Rob me 10€ and the app is not working..Have moved out of the business.

I tried at least four or five fax apps for my phone none of the pictures were clear couldn't verify if fax was sent and wanted to charge you per page PamFax was the only one that stood up very happy I got the app will continue to use thank you Pam
I downloaded every fax app available. Only 2 actually worked, this is one.
Panda use to load from the online storage cloud (Google Drive, Dropbox etc.) However, lately it keeps responding as an error

Tried to send fax using my 3 free pages and a message appeared saying I need to pay 11.85 for more credits just to send one pages
Tried faxing two pages in which it offers three free faxes for testing. However it is charging. I wasted my freaking time.
Works on a PC through the PamFax website just as well as on an Android phone. No monthly fee. Credits don't expire. Provides proof of faxing with photo copy what was sent and when. Perfect honest fax service everyone should use it.
I've used this app for years on windows and expect the same professionalism on Android. It is one of the few apps where you are charged for each individual fax - without paying monthly, even if you don't send a fax. I leave $$ in account and can fax as needed. (of course you can buy a monthly subscription as well)
They claim to be free but they ask for money at the last point after going through the painful process of up loading. Useless app.
I have been using the desktop version for many years happily. Today starting mobile version. Hope it will be as good.

I've been using their service for years now. Always been happy with them. Last week, as I usually do, I went to their website via PC, but their site was inaccessible from work. That's when I tried out their app. I just sent my 2nd fax now. Everything has been working perfectly. Really convenient!

Web app is better than this: 1. When taking a picture of a document in portrait, the image is rotated to landscape and scrunched for no reason, which degrades quality. 2. No preview of the fax before sending. Cover page was visible, but not the document. Which would have helped to catch the problem above. Phone app needs a lot of work.
