Pampers Club: Gifts for Babies & Parents

So far the app works very smoothly. I used it 6 years ago with my middle child and tye functionality was horrible and always had problems. It definitely is working much smoother now. However I downloaded the app yesterday and got an intro coupon that is supposed to be a thanks for signing up. The coupon sent expired 4 months ago. 🤷‍♀️

Cannot redeem gift card/ coupon. I have been to three different Walmart stores and none of the locations were able to figure out how to ring up the gift card/coupon. The last store I went to had 3 different employees, including the store manager, try to get it to work. The store manager ended up just taking $5.00 off the transaction. Not worth the time and hassle. This app is a complete rip off and waste of time.

EDIT: Finally got it to work. Scanned all codes I had saved (20-25). And redeemed a $20 Amazon gc. Haven't been able to open the app in weeks. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Cleared memory, and everything else, still not working.

I might upgrade this review to 5 stars later. I haven't used any of the rewards yet so I can't say how easy it is to use or how effective it is. The scanner does work fast, and redeems the points fast. It takes longer to find the QR to scan on the package most times. If you buy diapers (and if you have a baby, you will!), then this is totally worth the download and the time to scan packages.

The first 2 times I used it, it worked great. The third time it was very slow. I waited a long time for main page to load, it timed out multiple times when trying to add points from 2 products. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and restarting my phone.

Not only does the app NEVER work. It takes a very long time to enter codes and for the app to process those codes. Then it will say "sorry we do not recognize that code" you double check and everything is fine, then you submit the code again and a message says "sorry that code has already been redeemed" and you never get the points! This is the third time I spent more than 30 minutes and the app has failed. Its not worth using, and honestly makes me dislike their product because of it.

Ever since the most recent update, the Pampers app doesn't even load anymore. It just stalls on the logo page. [editing to add per Pampers review reply below] I have Android 12 running and over 60GB in space, so it's definitely not me...per the other recent reviews, it sounds like it's an app issue, not an individual OS one. Sorry, hope you can fix this. It's unfortunate.

Customer service is a joke. The app works fine but when it doesnt you just lose the money. There is no resolution, just "Oops sorry, keep trying it" even though it's been used at 2 different store locations and both said it was Pampers issue.

Edit: Updated app works much better. Thanks! App usually doesn't accept scanned codes, but if it does, it says it's already been scanned. It's extremely slow. It takes over 3 minutes to get it to accept 1 code. Complete waste of time. Don't bother.

This app never works when I need to scan codes. I have been trying to open it for 10 minutes and the app won't even load. Other times I have gotten the app to the home screen and it says that the scanning part of the app is down. It's always something.

Honestly the only reason I didn't do 5⭐'s is because of having to manual enter the codes for the Wet Wipes. If the codes were printed some where else besides right on the seam part. We're it's hard to make out the letters and numbers. Other than that it's a wonderful App. Absolutely honest to God LOVE IT!! I really wished we had all this tech that makes excessing Rewards and Perks like Pampers Clud App. Would of saved me SOOOO MUCH MONEY!!! And the advice and facts and suggestions just wonderful

I've had previously wrote a review here and for some reason I don't see it showing! This is an absolutely unfunctional app. I can't redeem my rewards like I used to do before. It asks you to spend your rewards as pampers cash(virtual cash) toward buying coupons.. so basically you have to request it online and then wait about 2 weeks to receive a hefty $3 coupon issued and delivered to you by pampers! There is no direct way to contact a customer care provider on the app either!

I ordered a gift card almost 3 months ago and still haven't gotten it. I have tried to contact customer service twice with no response. I haven't minded much as things have changed and the scans are worth less so it is harder to get a reward but now I'm not even getting the rewards either.

Wish the app would work correctly. It logged me out and when I logged back in to enter codes I had to go through required settings I need to approve and when I get to the "manage email opt in" and I click an option it gives me the error "validation_failed". It doesn't matter if I choose yes or no, I force stopped the app, clear the data and cache, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app...nothing. I'm still getting the same error. It'd be nice to be able to get in before my offers expire.

Ordered $6 worth of coupons that I earned by buying and scamming diapers and wipes. It's been two weeks, I've received nothing. You are encouraged to use the app for everything, baby tips, deals, and more. The fact that you need to wait 30 days for your pampers club coupons to show up is garbage. No idea why pampers can't get coupons through the app. I'll be buying Kirkland diapers soon anyway, they are cheaper, and the pampers rewards app isn't worth the space on my phone. Uninstalling now.

With ALL of the 1 stars, I decided I would advise on my experience being as I have been using this app for 2 years. Each time that I've had to download the updated version, I have NOT had any issues. I dont even have to log back in. Now sometimes when I click on the app it does make me log back in, which is fine no worries there. I do miss the point system, however I now only scan barcodes when they are offering 4x amount or a specific dollar amount. Example scan 2 codes get $2. Save codes!

I love this app!! I scan every code bar I receive when I buy any pampers wipes or diapers and recieve points well cents adds up quickly. I have already got a $15.00 Amazon card and first cash out I got a free $3.00 off coupon on a pack a diapers for family dollar and had no problem with using either one. Thank you pampers.

This app keeps giving me problems. It will not load. I've even updated it. The last time it worked for me, I was able to open the app, but I could not scan my codes. I have empty packages just waiting for me to scan because I can't seem to get the app to open.

Pampers are expensive and it would be nice if there were more prizes to try to win. Also it would be awesome if you could win more than just diapers and wipes and if the codes were on more products! Regardless still a huge fan!!

I've lost a $5.00 and $3.00 redemption coupon, when I go to download it, it states that I've used it, I'm not gonna keep scanning codes when I can't even use my coupon, I prefer just to have Pampers to send me the coupon instead of trying to download it just to be disappointed when it doesn't work, I'm truly upset

Very unimpressed with the rewards! :( Most of the "rewards" are just discounts for photo printing services and things like that. You need to earn way too many points to get the Pampers coupons offers.

I have yet to redeem anything without going threw the hassle of contacting customer service. Its a bit inconvenient, and makes me less interested to continue to use this app. It was a great idea for what it's worth, but I'm uninstalling.

I haven't been able to use my coupons cuz when I go to the store the last time and the time before that the app was down and now I'm hoping in the future with this update I hope things will go smoothly because I buy the diapers for my granddaughter the big packs and $5 off that's my wet ones right there I live on disability with my husband but we take care of our granddaughter the best we can and I'm glad they have something like this cuz like I said $5 is $5 thank you

$.20 "rewards" credit per package of diapers??? Very stingy on the rewards. Once you reach $3+ of rewards credit, you can cash them in for coupons or $10+ for gift cards. No free diaper or wipes coupons through the app. 15 packages of diapers later, or around $175+ spent on diapers...you'll be eligible for a $3 off coupon on one purchase of diapers. It's very sad and comical how pathetic the rewards program is. Huggies rewards are better. Shame on you pampers company!!!

CAN'T REDEEM MY POINTS!! Seriously, it glitches every time I pick an offer, takes me back to main page. How come no dark mode? Buggy. Scanner often doesn't work. Typed in code straight from label often doesn't work. Seeing responses to reviews doesn't add much credibility. Everything is up to date. Latest version of all the things. If so many people have the same problems, maybe consider fixing your app instead of pointing fingers outward. Just a thought.

The app was great until it stopped loading completely to scan tags. I have tried a few times over the last few weeks. I have probably 6 tags to scan... I have twins and we go through a lot of diapers.

App keeps spinning when you scan an item. Then says the code didn't work, to scan again just say the code has already been used. Takes too long because it's crashing.

This app is easy to use and has great offers to utilize. Pampers loving moms will get great deals, not only on diapers and wipes, but from other companies as well. This app was definitely worth the download! Thank you Pampers for providing a safe product for our precious and sensitive little ones! My newborn was born a 30 week premie and Pampers was NICU approved!

The app glitches a lot, the wipes are a huge hassle to enter, and you get next to nothing for your trouble. I have twins and I'm barely past $10 after several months. It's really not worth it.

You have to be able to get into it to go to Contact Us for assistance. You cannot do that when an error screen is what you receive. Yes, all of the uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling has been done along with updating. I also have a new latest and greatest android, so it isn't the phone. It is the app and is a widespread issue that should be looked into.
