Great code scanning and manual code entry options exist for codes found on diaper and wipes packages and special bonus codes!

NOTE:You must already be a Pampers Rewards member to use this app. If you are not a member, please first register for an account at https://www.pampers.com/en-us/registration (United States) or https://www.pampers.ca/en-ca/registration (Canada).
USING THE APP:
• To log in to the application, enter the same email address and password currently used to access the Pampers Rewards program at www.pampers.com (United States) or www.pampers.ca (Canada).
• Earn points in 2 ways. 1) Manually type in diaper and wipes codes. 2) Use the code scanning feature to scan individual diaper codes—scanning will not work on wipes codes printed directly on packages.
• You will receive the latest notifications from Pampers in the app.
• The current version of the app includes a link to the Pampers Rewards reward catalog. To redeem your points, please continue to visit the rewards catalog at www.pampers.com (United States) or www.pampers.ca (Canada)

Character recognition of this app is terrible. I usually try 4-5 times scanning (good lighting, good readable picture) and it usually does not understand the code. Once in a blue moon it may recognize one of the codes. The time I spent scanning the codes with the app would probably be better spent entering them manually on Website.
I only downloaded this app for the ability to scan rewards codes, but it WILL NOT SCAN. Okay, to be fair, maybe 1 out of 10 times it works. But the other 9 times I get so frustrated at the repeated attempts that I really wish I hadn't tried. Do not recommend this app for this feature at all.
I prefer the old app that wouldn't let me look at what I could redeem in rewards...I can't even manually enter my codes without extended waits and error messages. It only works to scan. Need a better update!
This is ridiculous that it says I can't do anything on the app till June 19 after I install the new one. All I want to do is type in codes.
Can't enter manual codes UNLESS I give camera permission, which I don't like giving to ANY app! Camera scanning doesn't work anyway as it does not recognize the characters...which then requires manual entry, WHICH then does NOT make sense to request camera permission?! Great program but, horribly inconvenient app...liked the OLD app much better! Uninstalling and using website.
The app has been telling me that "pampers rewards is currently experiencing problems" for months now. I can't even log in anymore.
I'm on the app and it keeps bringing me back on the web and keeps asking if I want the app. Have to log in a bunch of times. But I love pampers love them!
Thank you for the latest update. The ability to scan made this so much easier! UPDATE: the scan feature doesn't always work.
For the app to be released to the public with scanning this terrible, there would have to be an absence of Quality Assurance.
First of all the app would take you to the US site even though I am in CANADA !!!! Also it then promises 100 points to install the new version however it is not compatible with my device. So useless to me! Next the rewards catalog rarely has anything useful. Thanks for nothing ! Buy HUGGIES ! !!!
I like the idea of using rewards to gain stuff. However, now when I click to add points it wants me to download "new" version but it keeps telling me to "retry". So now there is a glitch. I sure hope I haven't lost all my saved points. :/
Just downloaded this app and the app says it's unavailable until June 19th and a new app will be available to download 😡
Can't login... keep getting an error message that the app is having technical difficulties. Love the program though.
Can't do much other than enter codes on it and right now it won't let me sign in.
Its alright till the app updated and wiped out all of my points
After the update can't enter any code the app is always lagging or doesnt even open.
Love this app! I'm happy to be rewarded for loyalty. Just started using it last month. Would be 5 stars if scanning codes worked, but I've had to manually enter every one
When I go to download the new app it says app not found. Why can't I download it or find it in the app store? Rating 2 starts until I can get back in the app.

App is being deprecated. Shouldn't be able to download and install it.

The new update will not work with my tablet I can no longer use this app so I have to delete it

It's a big trash for an app.
20 minutes, over 40 photos of the codes (that for some reason are stored on my phone and I have to delete) and only 2 codes accepted. No reason I should have to scan that many times. Yes I'm doing it correctly and I have no issues scanning receipts and codes for other apps. Very poorly designed app.
