Panasonic Music Streaming

Absolute pants. Trying to stream Apple Music through this speaker (ALL3) is impossible. I tell the app that i want to stream Apple Music and it tells me to connect to the ALL3 via Bluetooth then click the app. The ALL3 doesn't have Bluetooth. My local files are playing through the speaker and it's connected to WiFi, but trying to stream Apple music through it is just not working at all. It's useless. Also the app itself is terrible. Hangs in some screens ffs. Terrible.

After app updates, the volume stop functioning when I have joined more than 1 speaker🙄. Volume can only be adjust individually. Wish the queue list can be edit. it's sucked that the list have to recreate everytime want to remove a song from queue. (Nothing has been fixed. ). Radio favorite list is annoying that it allow to slide to delete; often times it was accidently deleted when browsing through the list. As usual, the speaker keep disappear from the app. Hope some of these be fixed soon.

Frustrating and unreliable. Had a few issues with connection dropping now and then with my previous IT provider. Recently upgraded to faster network and boom! Overnight the Panasonic speaker refuses to recognise there is a wi-fi system in the house even when sat right next to the router. Just tells me to boost my signal. Given that my old analogue delivered wi-fi reached to the end of a 0.5 mile road...and my super duper fibre delivered is off the charts I can only blame the app. Disappointing.

The app is poor anyways, but can be got around by using Spotify directly. However, it is the only way to connect the speakers to the WiFi network and it turns out the app cannot understand a non-internet connected network, so unless you have broadband on the network, you won't be able to connect. What basic developer can't work out the difference between WiFi and broadband???

I have used this app for about 8 years. There was an upgrade about 5 years ago that made it useable. I have about 10 allplay devices from panasonic and lenco and kitsound. Sadly it has been dropped as a format, hence why no upgrade for 3 years. This app is far from perfect, but I am able to use it to group speakers, as well as playing from multiple sources. Best of all I can have a lot of speakers playing in my large open-plan space with no latency issues.

Up till now it works very well for me, however the ability to play internet radio using airable has stopped working. I can see the stations but cannot get them to play. There are extra folders appearing and when you select the station you want it just loops back to the first folder.. Update; contacted airable and, with Panasonic, they have fixed the problem. Everything works fine now

This app is essentially pointless unless you have an Allplay enabled device (half of which are discontinued). It doesn't give remote control of the device. It won't play Amazon Music, BBC Sounds, Spotify or any other streaming service apart from an Internet radio and podcast stream. In fact, it does LESS than a simple Bluetooth connection. The instructions are also very poor. Waste of space....

I was pleased to see yet a further update today 27/9/2021 so soon after the last one with none for 3 years before that. Sadly this latest update is even worse than the last one. I have 6 all 2 speakers and an All 70 but at best only 2 or 3 load up. The app was working great before the last two updates. Please roll it back to as it was 3 years ago or get someone to look at it who knows what they are doing. I spent a lot of money on these speakers but now the app is unusable. Keith

Probably the most frustrating app Ive ever owned. in general this speaker system all30t plus 2 all2 rear speakers is the most frustrating badly designed overly complicated system ever conceived by man. But this software is the cherry on top of the turd cake. I have to shut it down and restart it every single time I use it. It's broken and awful. Shame on you Panasonic.

Works well. Simple and intuitive. Works with the several All Play devices from different manufacturers. I am able to use Deezer, Tidal, Spotify, and Airable Radio. DLNA and Bluetooth streaming is also great to have. NOTE: The All Play Radio service has removed the ability to add radio presets. UPDATE : I can now add presets to the Panasonic ALL 2 and 5 speakers by using the IoT Explorer for AllJoyn app from Micrososft. I could add the URL directly and store using the preset buttons as before.

Website advertised this app worked with my "micro hifi system". When questioned on the phone, Panasonic rep admitted the app was nothing more than a glorified music player app with no extra functionality. Doesn't even allow me to enable or disable repeat or shuffle on thier own product. Also can't change bluetooth playback mode which flat out no longer works on my "micro hifi system" anymore, music just cuts in and out constantly and without a remote I can't change anything.

Struggle to use this with All Play speakers, after a power outage or switch the speakers off the time disappears and the app doesnt recognise the speakers anymore. The time displayed on the speakers also cannot be altered when the clocks go back or forward without resetting them, which is not a quick job. The app is not great for working this out and have done factory resets several times

absolutely shocking I spend a lot of money on a wireless speaker system from Panasonic only to end up with an absolutely horrendous app that doesn't work half the time and when it does it is so slow its in true I really think you should spend more money on sorting out a decent app that actually works. I would really appreciate it if panasonic would respond to this as my system is great it's the app that let's it down and don't really want to go and buy a whole new system. A reluctant 1out of 5

Good app for All Play speaker systems. Can be a little slow finding speakers and has limited playlist capacity. It's also a bit fussy about adding speakers whilst playing music. Not that there's much decent competition out there but next to all others I've tried this is the most reliable and best

Music App works well connecting All players providing music throughout the home. It's great being able to set the radio alarm via the app but the only issue is setting the radio volume as the slider isn't easy to adjust for minor changes otherwise it would be 5 stars

This Panasonic app is getting rather old now and has not benefitted of refresh /upgrade for a very long time. Hence regular bugs .. For example the All Radio sub app isn't compatible with the latest android and IOS operating systems. All multiroom speakers are difficult to source.. It is like Panasonic has gone off the boil and has moved on, or disappeared. This is leaving many recent loyal customers to Panasonic dubious of their investments or purchases... where is the commitment to clients??

Like others Airable radio had stopped working. So now can't play radio via Airable. Just goes to folders. You can play via Allplay radio app still but Airable is better. UPDATE Found vradio app for Android that DNLA to speakers. Go to app settings and add DNLA option. Brilliant app. Also Airable now works again. Panasonic has updated the application. Brilliant

Great speakers but the app is hopeless. Constantly advises that it cannot connect or that the stereo feature is not available even when the speakers are working. Says that airable radio is not available even when it's working. 2019 Hasn't improved. What about an update Panasonic.

This is a stunning app for playing music around the house on your wi-fi network. Really is a doddle to set up. Make sure your network speakers or network hi-fi controller are "Allplay" compatible and you will NOT be disappointed. I have successfully used this app to play a monster music library from my Synology NAS - a very happy boy. Wall to wall sound in every room. I can't wait to explore the other features which will allow me to configure playlists and room by room setup ... a real triumph from the Panasonic (Qualcomm) boys (and girls). 10/10

We have 4 speakers and love the sound quality. However we do find that if you have used a device to play music you have to close it down before you can use another device as there seems to be a conflict and the speakers can't intuitively recognise which device is in control

I really really love it. Thanks for such an amazing App. Panasonic is a kind of company providing genuine products at affordable prices. This App is highly recommended for me. It allows to connect any speaker system of any brand (according to its feature that's awsome) and interstingly, it offers to hear online radios and podcasts those are my favourite features. Offline music output quality is also quite good. App's theme and features is also nice. I highly recommend this app.

Panasonic All play system is very problematic. I have a number of units that no longer work despite spending hours on the forums. I am not alone it seems. Very unlikely to ever buy another Panasonic product. The units appear to configure correctly and appear in the app but they produce no sounds. They appear to have the latest firmware. One unit still works occasionally but is more trouble than its worth.

Takes some time to master the somewhat chaotic layout of this now aged app but it does the job of allowing the panasonic ALL speaker systems to connect to various networks. Shame that the free Spotify isn't integrated into the app, but there are alternative routes.

Please can you fix the issue where as your listening to a radio station it stops playing after about 15min and you have to keep adding the station to play untill it loops and does it again Why is this app so buggy and why does it keep pausing the radio station. Im using 2x ALL2 Speakers on a wired Ethernet Network Netgear Switch GS108E.. And to stop this happening i am having to create a massive queue of the same station just so it plays the station sort of flawlessly. Volume control not workin

This is pants! Does not work at all. Same wifi between device and phone(with the app on) but don't recognise the wifi. Distance between device and router 5m if that. It has an average quality radio and CD player and should be marketed as that. Does not even deserve the 1 star.

Here's a fix for sometimes the radio station won't play, just click "queue" then clear all, the whole queue. Very powerful app but hopefully they can add quick presets access from the main screen as going into favorites is 2 clicks.

When it works it is really good but too unreliable. Latest issue is that it just shuts itself down for no reason. Having spent a lot of money on the devices because of previous good experience with Panasonic products it's very disappointing.

Since Friday (14/05/2021), the radio stations do not play. When the station icon is clicked on, two folders open: network and podcast. But it doesn't play the radio station. It used to work!
