Basically just for ordering food. Adding the customer surveys and a rewards system would add a lot of value to the app. Other food apps create ways to be Loyal through deals and point systems. Could also add the donation option on the app. Lots of potential, but it just feels put together so we have an app like other people. Sadly, makes it look worse than not having one.
For the most part works great, but won't let me checkout on wifi at work, and 90% of the time food is not available in the app but sure enough when you go into the restaurant it is. I try to order ahead because of short breaks to skip the line but doesn't even seem worth it unless you are ok with missing out.
Broken and completely unusable. The buttons in the app do not do anything. I enter my info and click sign in. The button does nothing, nothing happens. Maybe my pw is wrong? Tried forgot password, I enter my email and click send reset link and that button also does nothing. I can't sign in, can't even get to a page to see a menu or anything. App is completely unusable at all.
The app was easy to navigate. My only thing though is they should have start with the menu first before that pickup delivery stuff. Its kind of annoying when you want to see the menu but you have to go through some obstacle to get to the finish line.
I am unable to update my contact info, none of my orders are saving so if I want to reorder my favorite order I'm not able, and because the food I want is not listed unless by some miracle I can't preorder. The food I want is a regular item and should be listed as an option but I've only been able to find it 2 times. I have to call or go through drive thru and my super greens are always a wait, huge inconvenience so sometimes I give up and go somewhere else.
Since it's the first time I ordered from the app the transaction went well but it was just a minor detail that is making me given you 3 ⭐ and that was cuz my order wasn't ready. So i don't see the point in making an app order if when I'm ready to pickup is not ready. And I think I give enough time for the pick up. That's my only complain. Thank you! 😐
There's no way to edit or change your phone number, email or any other details on the account either via the mobile app or online login, after you create an account. You have to email customer service via their online form in your account. The only item field that is editable is the payment method. So I'm bringing my rating down to 2 stars. Plus there's no rewards program nor birthday perks compared to other food chains.
Worthless!!! Tried to login several times and all it does is keep asking me to reset my password. After resetting my password several times still can't login to the app!!! Waste of time!! Everything has gone down hill quality wise and this app is just another thing wrong. Update: Still can't login in to this worthless app even after resetting password 5 times!!! How hard is it to fix? Apparently impossible for Panda Express!! Don't download you'll just be disappointed.
Whenever I try to select an entre there's a pop-up box that just has an add to order button. However, I then get an error about needing to select a size but the options are not visible. It looks pretty, but isn't fully functional.
When I go to select items I don't even get an option to select portion sizes... I just get error codes. App is literally impossible to order on at this point. I've uninstalled, reinstalled and even checked for updates but nope! Guess I won't be ordering!!
App does not work. I pick a selection from menu such as orange chicken or steamed rice, then it says "can't add to order because container size was not selected." I would select a size if prompted. Same with appetizers. Didn't even try drinks. Instead came here to complain and order from Jimmy Johns instead.
App glitches, freezes, and clocks consistently. It also only shows 4 entree options regardless of pickup or delivery even though I know my store makes the full menu. Useless app and am deleting without ever placing an order due to these issues.
App doesn't work! I was able to use it one time for pickup. Now all it will allow is delivery. Some days it will not allow me to add items to my cart. Every day is a different problem with the same result, No Order!
Needs an option for 0 stars. It tells me my online order will be ready at such and such time, but in reality it's about 20-25 minutes later that my food is ACTUALLY ready. At least it's consistent. UPDATE: So now when I open the app, it says update. I click on update, it takes me to the app store and the app says "open", not update. It won't update. App works fine. Only complaint is how you do tips. Was forced into selecting 15, 18, or 20 percent. The "other" selection apparently means paper tip at the door. Would like a custom tip option attached to the card. The 20% was like 3 bucks, that's barely gas money these days.
Pretty Awful. It doesn't display the full menu, and you can't order a drink! It shows the drinks, but then says you have to pick what size, there's nowhere to choose what size.
Couldn't make an account because the sign up is broken. Couldn't make an order because it doesn't list all the entrées that are available, including the one I wanted to order. Pointless.
Lots of problems with the app! Can't add egg rolls or veggie rolls to the order. App also freezes and recently, kept declining my credit card that I had to order over the internet with the same card the app was declining.
This app is bad. The layout and app looks good. The bad thing is how you can't even order everything on the menu. Also sometimes It doesn't let you order at all!
Broken, every time I try to add something to my bag it's gives me an error saying to choose a size container selection which means nothing. The app just updated but didn't fix that? Bummer.
Mobile orders cannot be picked up through the drive-through. The entree and side were both wrong. I had to go in a second time to get it fixed. It would have been much faster to order at the drive-through, not this app.
App literally only shows 4 options for menu items when you go to choose entres or sides. Restaurant has the full menu when ordering in person but app is horrible. I like to order ahead which also makes lines go faster when ppl are able to order ahead and just pickup but app makes it impossible. Please fix! Love the food still though but don't bother with the app, it won't let you order anything even from very limited menu ...
Ordering is easy, but the delivery is AWFUL. On more than one occasion, the app changes my delivery address AFTER I place the order, so there's no way to update it.
Cannot even start an order. No matter if I choose delivery or pick-up, whenever I start an order it asks for plate, bowl, etc. Then it immediately asks for sides, skipping entrees. This causes the app to tell me I skipped entrees, but there is no navigation option or anything to go through and correct it. Tried uninstall, clearing cache and data, but it doesn't work. Tried emailing dev email in play store, no dice. :(
