It's a slow app. Basically the same as looking through the web browser via phone, exactly like the Kay Jewelers and Jared Galleria of Jewelry apps.

The app stopped working a long time ago 2 days ago Pandora finally updated went to see the jewelry I have saved and everything was missing. Most of the charms were limited editions and now I can't replace it. Let alone it shouldn't have disappeared very upset and frustrated with the lack of customer service & the way everything disappeared!

It started off awesome. You could save the jewelry you already have and add the pieces you'd like to have to a wish list. Not anymore. Everything that was saved is gone. Very disappointing.

App was ok, but the feature for my jewellery stopped working a while ago. Last week it asked me to update. Since then, I have been unable to log I to my account even though I can on the website! So, now the app is useless!😠
