Too much hassle!! Transfers canceled without reason. Even costumer service is good the company doesn't work as Transfers its more about call center.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Hassle. They make it so hard to send money. I signed up & almost done with my transaction it says they needed more information so I couldn't proceed and they want me to call them first for additional information.I dn't knw why they need additional information while I already filled out all my informations.So I just canceled it right away cause it's such a hassle but they took my money right away.Now I have to wait for 3 to7 business days to get my money back

ATTENTION!!!! If you don't want to get scam do not used the PANGEA Card they are offering it's a scam!!! The money I deposited was gone!!! And they don't even refund it and they're no one to talk to just a automated system. I will never recommend this app to anyone. Please beware of your reading this.

Today is the 11th day after we had to cancel our transfer to India and we still haven't gotten a refund. The customer service can't give a clear answer either. They made us cancel the transfer after 3 days since they couldn't deposit the money to their partner bank in India(the transfer was supposed to happen within minutes). And now they are saying they can't refund the money because the indian bank hasn't intiated the refund.

Love sending money with Pangea! Arrives quickly and easy to send and don't have to go to a store! Highly recommend!

Could not edit my review but, as an update, Pangea reached out and committed to do better. I sent another amount to Honduras and this time everything worked. Thanks for working to resolve and correct. Going to 4 stars and will up it to 5 with more experience.

Fast, safe, easy, and always accurate!

I like using this app because it is easy to use fast money transfer and a lot of promos and rewards. You can trust this money transfer sending money to your loveones abroad.

Worse transfer method. After sending only $100, it still was never sent, but they gave me the runaround for weeks with an impossible method of verification and no customer service after 5pm. They will not accept an emailed ID, but only a photo. But with no explanation as to why. I tried sending my photo many times but their directions never worked. Now after posting this, they will respond with an apology and say they will look into it, but dont believe them.

After signing up and had my money taken out for transfer, I immediately got a text about my ID is something they don't accept. 1) If you guys don't accept State ID nor Driver's License, then that shouldn't be an option for the ID. It doesn't make sense at all if it's part of the option, but you guys don't accept it. 2) Why did you guys took the money right away if my ID is something you don't accept? That's just very inconvenient and total miscommunication through your site. I want my money!

This app was OK when i started using it but now i can't add my credit card and i try sending money to someone and it didn't let me because of the persons name that someone else had the same name.... how many people have the same name!!!! so the person that i was gonna send money to had to look for someone to go get the money!!!!! And i called customer service NO HELP at all !!!

The app works very good. The only issue I have sometimes is when the app updates I have to login again, sometimes I can't login is like the app freeze and it doesn't let me to do anything.

It's been a good dependable way to send money to my wife on the Philippines. The rate is always better then other apps to send money through, only wish they had the option/ability to load cell phone.

They automatically cancel my transaction without explaining why.

This is how you treat loyal customer cancel their account after they did everything they asked for ID and photo with proof of address then refused to tell them why when cancelled your account it's been blocked for over a year yet they still send me messages on my phone knowing full well they're not going to do anything

Keep on saying after trying to make a transfer "use your card in your own state" can't make a transfer. Im pretty sure my bank account is in my own state. Tried my Chase bank account still the same. Useless app that does not make sense.
