Great start, needs work - would love control over breath times. As is, it is too fast (for me) and I want a longer exhale than inhale - red and orange are not calming colors. Would love a setting to address that - would love a setting to turn the music or breath sounds off/adjust their volume - avatar choices would be a nice addition, instead of only having Beard Guy - I like how simplistic it is. This app has only 1 function and it does it - love the panic button icon

I like that it immediately starts with deep breathing. It would be nice if there was a Feeling Better status between Normal and Happy. At first I missed voal prompts but now prefer the audio cues. It is a useful and helpful tool when one is in public or unfamiliar places.

Works pretry good so far. I use it when I start to get an anxious feeling or start to overthink or worry and it helps me calm down before anything happens. Only thing is the breathing exercises are basically the same for every option you choose, but other than that nice app

At first do you think is difficult. It doesn't. Is very simple just follow the breathing and times take me 2 or 3 sessions in a high anxiety slow down. Very greatful for this tool

I just used this app for the first time and it's absolutely fantastic! I have anxiety and am trying to work on my breathing. My son and daughter have Aspergers syndrome and I am going to suggest it for them too. Because it's so visual...I feel positive that it will work to calm them too. Thank you so much.

Only makes you breath 3 times with no option to increase. Very annoying when you keep having to use the survey to get 3 more breaths

Easy and effective. Starts right away and asks you how you're feeling to adjust accordingly.
