Finally! An app that meets my simple needs! All I personally need is an app for breathing that i can change the pacing on, cheap or free. After about 12 apps, i had yet to find one where i could adjust the speed of the breathing prompts. My lungs are not in awesome shape, so i just cant maintain the ultra slow pace without getting light headed and more anxious because i need oxygen. This one lets me decide how long to breathe in, out, and set the pause! Its exactly what i needed!

Great app for therapy clients, good info and easy to use. Suggestion: Is it possible to develop a 'panic button' widget that takes you straight to the breathing circle? One less barrier to accessing it easily when needed.
