PanoramaCrop for Instagram

Honestly this app was a 5 star experience and I genuinely considered buying it, until it started failing to save my photos. It's doing the same thing on both my devices and it's really annoying. I'll "export" the photo from the app and I won't find it in my gallery. It even says that I can "free up space" but there's nothing in the save folder.

hey guys, here are 2022 users, the app is up the time literally unusable due to exporting problems (bugs i guess) i've been using it for years because i find it so practical, but since who-knows-when this problem appeared and it's been annoying all the time, i've deleted and installed it two or three times, but it doesn't solve the problem, so if you read your reviews, pls figure it out!!

The quality of the pictures is definitely good enough for instagram. It's very easy to crop a picture in two with a 4:5 aspect ratio. One thing I would like is the ability to add a small white border to the picture with the "no crop" feature, but I can do that step with another app and finish it with this one. Edit: so the white border option was implemented and worked fine for a while but now it's bugged and I can only pick between 100% or 60%

Works great SOMETIMES. Does a quick and fast edits however sometimes it doesn't save to your gallery. I was prompted to write this review after editing 5+ pictures then going into my gallery to upload and then finding they didn't even save. This happens almost all the time I use it, it's gotten to a point where I'll do an edit multiple times then close the app and do it AGAIN just to make sure it saves in my gallery. At this point I have to uninstall because it's wasting my time.

Great app! Lean and focused on what it promises to do. The introduced ads are however very intrusive and annoying. Full screen / sound / force stay open timer.. Why not add the option to pay a dollar or two to get rid of the ads? Suggestion for improvement: make the settings used sticky. eg. I don't want to change the aspect ratio every time from 1:1 to 1:1,25 (both in pano and nocrop)

I really like the app. Works very nicely most of the time. Tons of features - can extend the crop to landscape or portrait mode which was a surprise to me. Kudos to the devs for making this feature rich. One problem I found is every so often on Android the saved photos don't appear immediately in Photos or Instagram and have to wait or force kill the app. I can see it in the files but don't appear in Photos or Instagram to select. Happens with blue background

This app has exactly three functions. Add borders to photos so Instagram doesn't crop them or crop photos so you end up with a swipeable post or a grid post that comes together in your feed. It doesn't promise or try to do ~all the things~, it has a few basic functions and absolutely excels at performing those. And thanks to that it's one of my favourite apps. Also a very reasonable amount of ads for a free app.

The main problem I have with this app is the white line that appears between the images. On the plus side, it does allow you to put up images in the 4:5 ratio and it is free (the other top rated app only seems to do Square and then charges after you've used it twice). But the line is too big an issue for me, so I uninstalled it and went with another app.

The app WAS GREAT and done what it supposed to. However after updated my phone to Android11, (also the app), it SUCKED renaming ouput with "(99)"added between filename and suffex. Which makes file explorer, instagram etc unrecognizable.🤷 I would definitly support this project without doubt but naa if they don't update and debug as system goes.

Honestly, it's excellent. Minimal, reasonable ads, and great functionality: you can cut a wide image into 2 (or more!) images (prefect for Instagram swipe posts), you can convert a wide image into a square image by adding space on the top and bottom (for Instagram), and you can make a photo grid. No nonsense, simple interface, very happy with it.

The app was working just fine. Since maybe last summer after an update the app just crashes every time I try to do anything. I select the option from the main menu and when I tap on a photo, the app crashes. Any ideas on how to fix this? I really would like to continue using this...

Fantastic app for pano-crops and no crop adjustments with white borders. Love the simplicity of the UI. However, I think we should have the ability to pick a custom border color using hex codes. Also, I'd like to see more quick ratio buttons in the ratio adjustment section of the no crop function. For example, you have a 1:1 button, but there should be a button for each native Instagram ratio (1:1, 4:3, 4:5, 1:1.91).

The no crop setting does not save the picture like this swipable post does. So, if you want to post multiple pictures on IG, you cannot do it using the no crop method. It's nice to be able to select the swipable images followed by the no crop, but I can't figure out how to do it.

BEST APP EVER! I use it all the time to create unique Instagram carousels 🤩 It maintains the high quality and has simple user interface. Highly recommend!! Wish there weren't as many ads, but hey it's a free app so I can live with it :-)

Does its job flawlessly and that's all I wanted For the newly added nocrop feature I have some suggestions: 1-Add the ability to crop the photo within the frame. The frame can remain unchanged but the photo in it can be cropped. For example cropping a 16:9 photo to 3:2 while remaining in a 1:1 frame 2-If you ever decide to add the above feature to the app consider adding wide variety of aspect ratios from cinematic 21:9 to 9:16

Fantastic app that does everything it's expected to. It does well to work with Instagrams limitations and even offers tools to help you around it. Working flawlessly so far, already recommending to my friends

For panoramas that I've taken on my dslr, this app does not work. It tries and crashes, probably because it can't handle the file size. Works fine on tiny images taken from my phone, but that's completely outside of the point of this app at that point. I would have happily paid for the premium version of this app if it worked.

Really disappointed. If there was an option of 0 stars I would have given that. The no crop feature doesn't save the file to the gallery despite being the premium member. There's no contact centre or help desk for this. I regret buying premium for this app.

This app is very helpful for making those type of IG swipeable posts. And for posting your entire photo in spite of its aspect ratio. Fully intuitive and easy to use. Another interesting feature is the automated clean possibility, which helps you to save memory in your device. 100% recommended.

Photos are stored in a folder that isn't accessible through Instagram's upload interface. They are stored in Phone Storage/Pictures/Panoramacrop. But Instagram does not recognize subfolders of the third degree

Great app but here is the reason why it's not saving, it names the file with (99) at the end which cause it to not show up in the gallery so if you go in to your files pictures/panoramacrop and rename the picture than you'll see it on there. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.

Good when it works... Most of the time when you create an image it says Export Complete but it isn't. Sometimes it takes hours for the export to show in the gallery. When that happens, I resort to using a different app to achieve the same result.

I will repeatedly export the same photo again and again, only for it to never save/export. Every once in a while there are fullscreen ads with no way to close out of. This app has one purpose, and it can't fulfill that purpose with any reliability whatsoever.

This app is great! Whether you only plan to post to Instagram or are actually going to print your photos you should consider this app. Especially if you use weird aspect ratios. I know some print shops will crop your photos if it's not the Exact ratio of the print you're ordering and some places will crop regardless. This app can be used to create a white boarder around your photo so it has some wiggle room for unexpected cropping and it doesn't sacrifice your original photo quality.

Insanely useful, very high quality results, not too much ads, and lots of options! Kudo to the developers! One suggestion I probably won't even use: add an option to export photos for grid posts in a 4x5 format even though only 1x1 is visible in the profile. It can make it more interesting in the feed! You could also introduce panorama videos, just a panorama shot that slowly pans horizontally! Or perhaps simple animations for swipeable post to invite people to swipe and see the rest!

Doesn't save properly. It used to be really good but now after I created a crop it won't save properly. It's not in the folder and you can't change the folder. Rubbish. Used to be really good and easy but if i can't find the photo then what's the point?

If you choose to share it directly to instagram, it works great. If you choose "later," it is supposed to save it to your device, but it doesn't show up in the folder for ages. Kind of useless. If it weren't for that, it would be a brilliant app. Please fix! I paid for premium.

Trying to use the no crop feature but it's not exporting properly. I am afraid that if I purchase the full app that it would just fail and I am left with an app that only functions with 1 feature. The swipeable feature works fine but I also need the no crop feature to work.
