Cannot cancel the subscription. The app freezes when I try to manage subscription. Sent e-mail to customer support, they state they can't find an account with my e-mail. Which is the same e-mail I can log into the app with. Next biling is 2/15, do not want to be charged again for an app I don't use. Please let us cancel the subscription.
If you subscribe to this app you wouldn't be able to cancel.They'll keep charging you, even if you try to call them, you'll get a message the number is not in service anymore, or they're not taking calls and supposedly you have to email them. In the app when you go to manage your account and try to cancel there, the app never goes to that, and I mean NEVER. Even if you cancel the card they using to charge you, somehow they still find the new one and charge you there. Don't say you weren't warned
Content is good, it could be better. I think that if there was an option for the streaming service to be Free with Ads, a way more latinos would be using this app. Until then, it's hard to compete in this market against mega giants such as Prime, Netflix, Disney +, HBO Max, Paramount +, Etc.
App need few things such a tumbs up/ like tumbs, down/dont like button. Also movies/shows should be better organized. When you finish a chapter of any show you cannot continúe to the next you have to go out and looks the next one ..... those are things to look up on
I canceled months ago before the 3 month promotion of $1.00 was over. So why am I still getting charged. I've been trying to cancel again but the page doesn't load anymore. Been her 4 days trying and it just buffers. They say they are here to help but they are not! Yes, I sent you my email Pantaya and still nothing! Don't pretend you didn't receive anything from me. Why isn't there a number to call. I'm calling my bank and reporting you for fruad.
I LOVE this app! I am obsessed with telenovelas so Ive tried lots of other apps but this is the only one that has english subtitles (as well as an option to turn the app setting to english) and I'm really happy about that. I'm also loving this show The Game of Keys!! I can't stop watching it since I started! Highly recommend! Thanks guys for letting me enjoy these shows as well and offering subtitles!
The app works fine, I've never tried to cancel so I haven't experienced the hardships other reviewers have had. It could use more movies and series but I'm sure it's a work in progress.
I'm trying to cancel the subscription is impossible every time that I go to the Pantaya App. It won't let me. Is a horrible experience they should take this seriously. I need to cancel this ASAP. I did sent several emails to the support@pantaya no respond yet. Very disappointed.

Don't subscribe... My account says it's expired and I'm still getting charged. I've been trying to cancel it won't let me do it through the app and the phone number is not taking calls and I've been emailing and no respond.
Smh I canceled about 6mths ago and come to find out that they have been charging me all this time.And what's worse you go in the app. And it won't let me cancel it either !!! That's how they make money and it was supposed to be a $1.00 and they charge you a different price..Will not recommend it to anyone else!
I made a tryout to see some Spanish titles and there's no way I can stream them. Always crashing and pixeling. I try different connections in different cities and nothing. I want to.cancel ASAP..
The app keeps crashing its so annoying they need to fix the problem. Some of the stuff they have there its old. They need to put new movies or shows. Its unbelievable the app still loading on my TV. I mean whats the point of paying whole year of subscription when it doesn't even work. It's just of waste of money. I had to delete the app from my TV. Dont waste your money.
Horrible issues, lack of care from customer service department. Got a promo for reduced rate for the 1st month. I had canceled the service that same day. Constant technical issues with mobile, and TV. Troubleshooter multiple times every time I was trying to use the service. I have the highest tier of internet 1000mbps. Yet, the video stream was having issues, unable to access other parts of the app. It was frustrating. They haven't refunded my money. I am still trying to get my money back.
The app on tv is great, works just fine, not too many titles and genres to choose from, the app on the smartphone is as good as on the tv, the only problem is that the app pops up by itself, even when nobody is touching the phone or is charging, an example is, I was on a conference video call at my work and the pantaya app just pop up, press the button to turn it off but the only thing that did was ended the call, that's the only problem, I wish that to be fixed and see new movies
So far... so good. The app has a one week trial, and it lets you select your language once you start it up. I downloaded just because I saw an ad for the show Ana. Once I binge watched it, I noticed a large selection in latino movies/series that I saw growing up and that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. It's all blockbusters though, it would be nice to see some indie latino films. Other than that, I truly recommend it!
Movies play well, I'm still on the free trial. It's my 2nd day and the app starts *randomly like a pop up effect* on my phone, obviously not a fan of that, acts like malware. Wondering if it's just a simply glitch or app setting. Really considering membership after trial, but this problem is a turn off.
Tried the app. The app works just fine and so does casting, I don't know why people are complaining do much about it. I was also able to cancel my subscription without any issues. Only problem is... they don't have much to offer. 🤷🏻♂️ Maybe after a few years they'll be the new Spanish Netflix but right now they need A LOT more content. You could probably binge watch everything they have to offer within the first month if you tried as of now.
Immediately upon opening app, it needs you to subscribe. Then, you look at reviews only to find payment and subscription issues. Just wanted to see one tv series anyway. Guess I'll keep looking.
They lie to people, this is a fraud. After 2 minutes I got the app noticed that I was not able to watch my soccer, tried to canceled but...ohhh surprise...the system dont let me to cancel the subscription. Sooo..do I have to cancel my credit card?
Enjoyed this app for a while on a yearly membership and since I was not using it for a while, I canceled. I was trying to subscribe again, but no yearly membership anymore! Therefore, I won't be subscribing!
Unable to log in at all, signed up using google apps. Unable to reach customer services. When going online, the app says it does not recognize my email.
Cannot use my account on the phone it says i already have an account but it does not show where to go to log in with my existing account. It just shows the page to create an account but i alredy have one. I can use it on my TV but not on the phone
I was Try to figure everything else it was kind of difficult I am still learning how to work the system even though I have a learning disability with reading I wish they could have it in English to so I can understand it too as well that's my second language of speaking thank you so much God bless y'all and yeah family in Jesus name amen
I'm trying to cancel my subscription and it won't let me and on top of that it was soppose to be 1 Dollar for the first 3 months and it wasn't they charged me 5.99 from the get go and to be honest very few good movies/ series on here. Since iv had pantaya have only seen a hand full because there's nothing good. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody the simple fact that it won't let you cancel subscription is a huge red flag.

It's been almost four months that I've been trying to cancel this membership and it's no way that let you cancel it so do not use your information or else you will be paying for god-knows-how-long
😡😡 Bad Bad Bad Bad Experience So Disappointing Of This App 1. Doesn't Let You Cancel Subscription And 2. Content Is Not That Good 👎And 3. They Tell You To Send An Email To Pantaya Support And They Neverrr Answer You Back Yet They Keep On Charging You So Think Twice Before Subscribing To This App
I've been trying to open the app and it doesn't work at all really disappointed
No option to cancel and it keeps lagging on my phone app. Also it cuts out important parts of the movies/shows (the previews are better than the movies/shows). The ones in Spanish and English are translated to Spanish. Not exactly what I was expecting. Very disappointed.
