Panzer Missions (Conflicts)
You are in command of a squadron of German WWII units
- tanks, infantry and artillery units
- and the object of the game is to finish harder and harder missions as quickly as possible. In later campaigns both you and Red Army will get better units, Germans going from Panzer IVs to Tigers, and Russians getting T-34s.

In order to be a victorious general, you must learn to coordinate your attacks in two ways. First, as adjacent units give support to an attacking unit, keep your units in groups in order to gain local superiority. Secondly, it is rarely a good idea to use brute force when it is possible to encircle the enemy and cut off its supply lines instead.

The campaigns are based on the time-tested gaming elements TBS (turn-based strategy) enthusiasts are familiar with from both the classic PC war games and legendary tabletop board games. I also want to thank the fans for all the well thought-out suggestions over the years which have allowed these campaigns to improve at a much higher rate than what any indie developer could dream of. if you have feedback about the Conflict-Series please use email, this way we can have a constructive back and forth conversion without all the limits of the store's comment system. I was rather disappointed with this game but probably my expectations were too high.
I love everything nuutinen (sp?) does. try barborossa or tgis one first
Joni has really improved the AI on this game, making it really challenging as you progress. My only complaint is that when my units get encircled, they're encircled. On the Soviet side, if you encircle their cities or units, it may take up to 10 turns before the AI shows it
I admire what the game is trying to achieve, but some things are not consistent. A Waffen SS unit of full strength (7) and supported by two full strength regular infantry, getting repelled by a single unsupported infantry....or you take a defensive stance with many units in a support of each other and STILL losing an expected encounter by lesser units. Why doesn't an encircled unit start to suffer after it's encircled? Many turns later is weakens - what changed from the past update?
The conflict-series games are the best turn based wargames I've found for android. This game includes supply trucks for fuel and ammo, weather, and ranged artillery. Its is a nonhistoric "campaign game" where battles become progressively harder. I gave it four stars because there is no "campaign game" feel. How well you do in a battle is not reflected in the next battle, there is nothing linking the battles; and also because air power is omitted. A fun game.
Fun game, but after awhile it gets slightly monotonous. Addition of roads or rail to give more strategic options would be nice.

Tough
While compacted into an application, this does a very good approximation of an operational level war game.
While Eastern Front is my dream of a game, I can get caught up in trying to match history, or get frustrated if I'm not doing at least as well as historically. This gives me the joy of the game system without the mental baggage. Sweet!

Real war strategy. Great depth, not historicial senerios in panzer missions tho. Id like to see more different colors in game. Kudos

As with all of his games, even on 'very easy' mode, you face hordes of enemies. Experienced players need only apply. :(
Perfect game for the price
Kohl's games are all excellent and really capture the challenge of old time hex war games without needing to find another gamer to play against. The ai is challenging and the game play moves swiftly. I have all his games. Well worth the small cost!
Brilliant please do Trafalgar or Jutland or Tsushima. Any great naval campaign!

Another great conflicts game, love the series. Only issue is the red and blue gets to ya after a while. Maybe some actual maps? Other than that no complaints, great job.
Good concept has potential. As a board gamer and v4v player needs some work explanation of rules vague and some battl effects applied almost arbitrary

It's a very good true wargame. The only serious wargame for android. Only one important thing to add : sound (cost one star from me). Very adictive
The fun plus mental stimulation you get from this game are amazing. I cannot imagine a more realistic game...one could say that it parallels the actual conditions of the entire campaign. You start off by trouncing seemingly unproven rookies, ah, but beware...these Russians learn as they go! As things progress, the Germans start each level with a stronger unit here, an additional unit there, and believe me, you'll need every single unit you can get your hands on. You feel like you accomplished something!
Joni's games are outstanding little masterpieces of concept and execution. If one looks past the simplistic design and somewhat archaic controls (which are still intuitive), a deep and engrossing strategical experience lies in wait.
I find Joni's games very addictive and exciting. They will make a 4 hour flight seem like 30 minutes. This is different than the other campaigns. Each individual mission is short so I find myself being able to put this away easier. It is good for some quick fun.
