doesn't work, everytime i try to login, it tells me I need to reset my password which I have done several times, and still never works. worthless app. people have been complaining about the app not working since November and yet still not fixed. shows they don't really care about their customers.
*Corporate Headquarter's/Marketing: *Please, please, PLEASE, FIX YOUR APP, IT IS USELESS; unable to add rewards card re phone's calendar unable to go back to actual birth year, unless scroll for hours; then when click on to order, says to call store, "something went wrong"; the order does not go thru', but my mastercard is charged anyway! It's back to ordering using the browser on my Samsung Note 9...in the meantime, I'm getting hungrier and hungrier!
When I tried to use my card it said the CSV was invalid. I dont mean it was declined, I mean it didn't even try it. so I selected pay driver. then, when it got here it was a large pizza even though I said "no" when it asked if I wanted to upgrade to a large. very bad app.
The app is very convenient for ordering, but if you try to apply a coupon, you never know if the price has been reduced by the coupon amount or not until you've picked up the order.
It's funny I was just on the phone with Corporate and they said you can't use the app for ordering, that you MUST order through their website and that the app had been removed from the app store. Why is it still here if it's useless?! I'm legit done with the app, the website and the whole company.
0 stars because app no longer works.i enter app but every thing is blank from menu to order can't even click on anything because nothing shows up anymore.plus when I use app it says can't deliver to my address even though they have a 200 times already
App states my local PG doesnt deliver but they do. Also ran into trouble checking out a pick-up order because there was no phone number listed under delivery. Would expect more from a national chain.
This works sometimes but for the past few months it says my credit card is incorrect so it won't take it. Note ... my card info I input is correct. Please fix this. I will new using my browser from now on.
Works just fine but i do wish they were better at emailing you when your order approx. will be done. I get an email about every third order.
cant even creat an account it tells me an account already exists with my email, so i said hmm maybe who knows ,tried resetting password says email dont exsist .... wait ... tried again with a different email same thing . hmmm 4 emails and a friends email ... looks like they dont want any app sales
never know when it will work - very inconsistent. but at least i know ive submitted the order I want so i can prove it if they mess up the order.
Allows you to order online but pay with cash in-store or with delivery driver. This is the single piece of criteria that determines a 1 or 5 rating for any fast food app for me.
Opens to white screen. No longer seems to work, last updated 2016.
Wanted to order from D'Angelo's menu, but it's not available on this app. It's impossible to contact customer service through the Papa Gino's app so I'm doing it here. Hopefully someone will respond & be able to get this done.
Needs TLC updates , worked fine on older models. When it did work it was nice to use.
App is junk, doesn't recognize once you've added a payment. Functionality feels like I'm using a child's leap frog pad.
Can't use this app on my phone. Keeps saying it's for older androids. This app needs to be updated.
Do not use. You will receive group texts with a bunch of people that you do not know. Everyone sees your information. App is not safe!
Horrible app. Had to open my browser and order on the web page. Don't bother downloading this
ask to change to reset your password everytime you try and login. Have had more than enough time to cover this issue
The red border will show up but nothing else. No menu or anything else.
My kids practice about 25 or 30 minutes from home. I often call the Papa Gino's near my home and place my order just before I leave the field. I downloaded the app today to see if it would be more convenient than the website, and it will not let me select the Papa Gino's I live next to. It will only let me select the ones that it thinks I'm close enough to that I should be ordering from. So screw you. I may even go to Papa John's instead

After entering credit card details, the card didn't show up at first in payment options. Then I tried to add it again and now I can't complete an order due to some internal error about duplicate card. Could not resolve and uninstalled. It did give warning that it was designed for an older version of Android.
