Ridiculous app!! Even if you pay online priorly. They don't deliver your order. I just literally starved and kept waiting for the pizza I wanted to have for dinner. But it never arrived. Worst. I will not recommend this to anyone. And please never pay first. Always go for cash on delivery.

Delicious vegan food and quite a wide range of options. The app makes it simple to order, only thing is it doesn't have the vegan options on the app so I have to order the non vegan version and leave a note for the restaurant then keep my fingers crossed that they follow the instructions to make it vegan, which they usually do 🙂

Your app is nor reliable, I put the order 2 hours in advance on the app to make sure that I'll receive my order on time, and it's more than one hour late!!! And haven't received it yet, Totally unacceptable !

Easy to use app with repeat option to quickly select favorites or previous orders. Specials are great, and so are the new papadiyas. Waiting for "live tracking" functionality.

Placed an order on the app but didn't arrive after 2 hours of placing the order. Would not recommend this app as customer service was not responding to any queries either.

The app works fine, i didn't have proplem in doing orders, but there is so many tricks in it, for example, the free welcome medium pizza is actually not free and you have to do a minimum of 30 AED purchase to redeem it, and they did not mentioned in the app that you have to, they only mentioned that it's available for one day after your first order , really bad advertising. And the same thing on the points: minimum 30 AED, unlike other apps that you simply can get free stuff with your points.

Worst app but the taste of pizza is too good, for the point sometime they send sometime not so app is worst but as mentioned early pizza is fantastic...

App not usable at all. Even after the update the app still says that the version is not supported. Fails to take the order via app. What's the point of having the app when the only purpose is browsing the menu.

Great app, no complaints! Edit Nov 25, 2021: I can't select my location and there is no way to enter it manually. Ordered from Domino's instead. Edit March 27, the app works great now, cheers!

Providing Misleading information regarding the gift. First the tell it can be redeemed after the first order. Once this is done they ask to purchase for minimum 30 AED.... why you are not putting this information from the first beginning!!

They don't have interesting offers like the other apps people usally look for lower prices and great offers but this app dosnt have that so far

With papa rewards redemption order, app doesn't allow to add toppings. Only it allows to remove toppings.

Very convenient to use, really going to order again and again forever from the app.

It shows you'll get a Medium Pizza for free on next day as a gift if you install the app and place your first order. After all next day I went to collect the gift, I realized that it was just a stick. If you buy something again for a minimum of 30 dirhams, you will get a medium pizza as a gift with it. When i called to the customer care to complain, they said "Sorry, that's a mistake happened on our app." As a customer i say it's not a mistake but cheating.

Amazing App, Easy to use. Papa points are a great feature.

Updated the application which was working perfectly before but now im not getting the option to place an order.

Worst customer service ever and worst app ,you can't track or cancel your order once you put it and when I contacted customer service they replied 15 min later saying that my order is on the way, they didn't cancel as i requested and still they sent it to me.

The app is good, but I would like to suggest, the app will be great if it has the following; Option or Button for Order Tracking Option or Button for Cancellation Option or Button for Addresses that the Customer register, And Option to Edit, Add or Change it Contact numbers for Hotlines

What a waste of time during Ramadan, my God... We ordered at 15:45 and the app showed approx. delivery time 17:12-17:42, but the order reached us at 19:32!!! 4 hours really? And your call centre is useless, save you time and money, don't pay them salaries. Thanks for the great iftar...

It's not working... it freezes every time I use it

It's easy and punctual in ordering to delivering

App is not ready to use yet.Still test locations appears in the location. You cant trace your order.Upon calling the support number to follow up,it leads to whatsapp chat support which is further adding bad customer service as it only messages automated script.Then had to call again customer service to place an order to speak to someone and finally the agent adviced 'its not delivered because no delivery person is available'.Had to wait for long for food. was embarrassed in front of my guests.

Friends joined the app through my referal code... didnt get any points yet... a cheap way of making app popular with a feature which doesnt work

Don't waste your time leaving feedback after orders, you will fill out a LONG questionnaire that takes 5-10 mins and they never gonna deliver the promised 300 reward points, tested 3 consecutive times more than a month apart, gave my feedback after the orders got zero points in return

You cannot redeem papa points , u have to make a minimum purchase of 30 Aed Was surprised to know, was like cheating as it is not mentioned in the App

The worst app ever.. i ordered twice and never received the order eventhough the payment was taken from my card. The customer care is pathetic.. they dont answer

It would be better if we could get a confirmation of our order and also the estimated time of arrival of our order placed. Have experienced too much of waiting time for most of my orders placed through this app..had to keep calling the call centre to get updates of every order I have placed.. Not really satisfied..
