Bad move Papa Murphy's and way to go Dominoes. I went to order a pizza here on my phone to pick it up on my way home. However I wasn't able to do that anymore and said I had to go to the website which isn't easy to do on my phone so I just used Dominoes app and got a pizza. Sad to see papa Murphy's lose out on all that business. Get things up to date before you go out of business. The world is changing so you need to also.
Terrible app. Would give it zero stars if I could. Uninstalling. Papa Murphy's should be ashamed to waste loyal customers time with this terrible app. It keeps getting an error when I try to log into my account. It says "Something went wrong. Contact technical support". I've confirmed that I can log into my account on their web site. I have also tried resetting my password, but that fails in the app. I can reset my password on their web site, but I still cannot log into my account on the app. No response from tech support. Very poor. I will quit using the app untill these problems are fixed.
App is disappointing. Does not contain full menu, was unable to create my own (ingredient lists are present, but unable to select anything). Not option to pay in store (so that coupons can be applied). Don't bother with the app, just use the website, it's very user friendly, even on mobile
Love the store, hate the app and website. Unable to log in with my account, continually says it can't connect to the store. It's made me have to show the errors to the store employees to get the better pricing because they are trying to move people to the app. I would if I could. They need to hire the people that built the Domino's app, it's just great. Also missing a pay in store option.
Poorly Designed, Crashes Often and Lack of Options. There are more topping selections available from the stores than what is offered here. Same with pizza sizes and other special offers that are currently happening.
I could not get my order through, if wasn't for the excellent and friendly young ladies at your store in De Pere I would never have gotten it. They deserve a little something in their check. Wonderful people there
Force closes constantly. App has very little information. Their app and website have lost them quite a few sales from me just because they are so terrible. Pizza is good though
It never allows me to complete my order which forces me to go to the actual website to place an order. And when I do that, I still can't get it for about an hour. I can have a perfectly cooked pizza from any other place in less than 20 minutes but can't get one that's simply just prepped for 60...
I hate how I can't order a pizza earlier then 45-60 min. I call the store and they say it will take 5 min to make the pizza. No point of doing it online. It's the same as the website. I'm just going to call WAY easier.
Almost never connects. Let's you get almost to the payment then times out and loses all your choices. Love the pizza, hate the app
Current version is broken and won't let me complete an order. Checkboxes to accept terms are broken, and even if I can get past then it just says the order can't be placed and to call the store. Renders app fairly useless.
Does not work with same user as we site. Will wait until they get this to work seamlessly between web and mobile. What a pain
It doesn't work. I've tried to order pizzas 3 or 4 times and haven't been successful for a variety of reasons. There is no "forgot my password function"
Been using this app for a while, went to use it today and got the message (sorry our app is no longer available) notification would have been great thx! Uninstalling
The app only allows you to order large and family size. I need smaller pizzas.
I downloaded the app. with my email and password , on my laptop then went to app on phone and it says my password is wrong, so I re-did it and same thing , very stupid APP.
No access to coupons & deals - their website is a better option!
Doesn't work real well compared to Papa John's or pizza hut

Is that a phishing app? Asks for credentials that never work and asks to enter a password recovery question that the site never asks... suspicious. Stay away
Not the most user friendly. Would rather just call the store...it's easier.

Slow...wouldnt let me complete order
Worked the first time used. Now I receive a message that an error has occurred, please contact tech support. Support was zero help asking question after question that had nothing to do with the issue. I tried on several different devices and still doesn't work. Uninstalling. It was nice to order and prepay while it lasted.
