This app is horrible. I got an email saying first order on app is 50% off so I downloaded it and used it. I placed my order, got a confirmation text with code and link. The link goes to an access denied page. I go to pick up my order and the store never received it. So I had to wait an additional 20+ minutes for my order to be made. Another bad thing is the app has no history of your previous orders so you cant check anything.
I can't get past the initial log in screen bc it never sends the damn code to my phone. Update: code finally worked after almost 2 weeks. But the "free pepperoni pizza" with your first app order AS ADVERTISED by papa Romanos coupons they put on your box never happens. The store won't redeem it because it's thru the app but no way to contact anyone thru the app. Scammers
Horrible. Tried to use in November for the 50% off deal, wouldn't send the code, uninstalled. Now it's December, the code worked to set up the account, but now there is zero access or ability to use coupons or the special "mobile deal" for first time mobile users. Huge fail. I've never had Papa Romano's and now I have no intention of trying it.
It's an okay app. It not the Dominos app, but it's decent. You have to put your address in each time you start the app???? Seems silly. Also, why don't you know what store is closest and default to that one? Anyhow, it's ok. You need more specials and deals otherwise I would rather not spend 50 bucks for a family of 4 for pizza
App simply will not send a confirmation code and had worked previously. Great idea, no follow-through from the developer to make it work. It's easier just to call in an order, which defeats the purpose.
Terrible to use. Got all the way to check out before it says it doesn't deliver to my address, then you have to back all the way to beginning. That should be checked as soon as I put the address in.
50% off first order was great, but after that your on your own to pay full price for everything. You're better off just ordering online so you can use the coupons.
Fix the app. It crashes after I open it and select pick up. I have already force stopped the app and reinstalled it.
Crashes on opening. Doesn't work at all. Uninstalling since I can call the store quicker.
Can't experience the app because it refuses to send a code for me to verify. I find this silly. Why can't this app be like many others and just allow you to create an account?
This was my worst experience ever add a Pizza Shack this place in Sterling Heights had rude employees didn't know what they were doing I tried to get an order it shows me on the computer to go to the store and get the order and I had a large order and they told me they were too far to bring it and I told him this is what I keep getting online I've tried it five times they told me to call the store close to me on 9 Mile and Gratiot and there was something they could do well there was nothing they

This app and code don't work. I even emailed them. They just asked for my number again. Still nothing.

Place order never came charged took the money off my card
Cannot place order! App crashes when I tap "Skip and Continue" on the Add Extras screen during checkout. Tried numerous times on two Android devices. Also, very sluggish and slow to respond (on strong wifi connection). Finally "Place Order" on cart screen implies final step in checkout process. It should read "Checkout" to be less confusing.
