Really good app and useful. I love it working so well with me and easy to used. The fee charge also not really high. Very recommend app to use in Turkey since it's really hard to open an account in here. Keep up the good work!
The most USELESS app I used in a very long time. Completely wasted my time. The identity verification DOES NOT work. It won't either accept the residence card or the camera verification. All I wanted to do is just to pay the bills and it's just stupid.
Great app, interactive and very good customer support. The only downfall is the verification process for foreigners, such a headache. I'd give 5 if it wasn't for that.
The application support English it work fast and convenient as foreigner even I received card which I ordered it online and it has contactless payment, it gives you discount on some payment bills like Netflix. I'm satisfied
One if the best options in Turkey fir foreigners, English application easy and safe. But the problem you need to transfer money from your own bank account.
I really like the cash back feature where you can get half of your money back on services such as netflix and spotify! Also, it is very convient because i can send money to my transportation card. It is very fast and the best card I've ever used
It is really annoying that it's very hard to verify and get a black card after passing id scanning finally the face photo failed over 100 times have tried.i wonder why there is no other options of getting a black card .if really papara wants to help foreigners with out bank accounts in turkey.my head is heavy.i don't know if I should continue trying and for how long or I should remain with a light card and forget about black card!
it doesnt work i have tried 3 times to re enter my password to create an account but it freezes. its completely useless
It's awesome. Only one issue thou.. i figured it out when I tried to send the rent to my landlord who's bank is "Kuveyt Türk" and apparently it's not on the list of supported banks. i hope you add it in the future. Also CK enerji isn't on the list of electric companies for bill payments.. other than that it's the best alternative to Paypal in Turkey. 👍🏼

Like it and enjoying it so far because it is very convenient and easy to use. I am just not happy with the fact that the ATM machines now charges 25tl to make a deposits with Papara card..
The app isn't working when I scan my ID card. Always gives me an error message and couldn't verify my account. I tried for two days and still the same. I watched the video of how to do it and I am not doing anything wrong, I even entered to my account from different phone and still the same!!
There's problem with signing up. It's too hard to scan your ID card, but when you do it, it's a perfect app to use. Didn't give it 5 stars only because of difficulties in ID Verification.
İ love everything about this app, and i think it would be helpful if i can add tags to my payments and i can filter them in the monthly payments reports.
Very nice and good service. İ recommend papara to everyone for online purchasing and shopping. İ received papara master card in 7 days which i applied with papara application. İts easy to used and safe for online shopping and money transfering.
I sent 1000$ from my international account to papara using the details they provide on the app to deposit dollars. 10 days passed without that the money arrives. I contact the customer service and sent a transer receipt, they answered me "these details don't belong to us". So i sent a screenshot of the app showing the details provided by them, they ignored me and continued to ignore my emails. They are scammers!
Amazing app , so far so good , i can use it for everything likr i have a bank account, but it doesn't transfer money to all banks , thats why 4 stars
Suddenly can no longer add international cards, but later found out, even Turkish bank cards not working. Transferred money instead and closed account.
I like this app very practical and helpful I hope you add the referral with benefits for the referrer to spread it on a wider range. The transactions are not stable now!!! What is happening????? First review: (18/02/2021) PLEASE please PLEASE make this app available in English. My normal bank app does this and it is so important given the number of international foreigners living and working here in Turkey. It's one way to show how much you value your customers. Otherwise this app is very user friendly if not for the language barrier and having to constantly take screenshots to translate the contents. Update: (28/02/2022) I LOVE Papera! This is a nightmare. First they don't have live support. Second, if you want to request a black card it makes you give up due to the weird ai of the app. It says you need to take a picture from you ID card in a nice light environment but there's no way that it accepts it anytime with any light I checked it said you picture in ID card is not recognizable take a new one 😐. I recommend downloading Tosla app it's way better.
I can't use the app on my data and it only works on Wi-Fi i hope you can fix the problem
Best way to have great Cash back base on online and shopping around overall love app only i wish they have more support for usd and other currency base on bank and international receive payment i hope they grow more everyday so far love service and customer service 👍🏻
How does Papara manage to bring debit card experience that is so effortless with zero cost. You can get cashback on stuff you purchased, you can split the bills, you can get other foreign currency and more. Good job Papara you are the best.

I edited my review to 1 star Lately after getting an error money doesn't refund automatically, i have to send an email to support, on WhatsApp no one read your text! Even worst this time even you didn't respond to my email! And app doesn't work I keep getting error after putting the password! I use to love your app, please fix it or i change my account to another mastercard service.
