It used to be great, I would give it a five but it's not good anymore. I redownloaded it for some nostalgia but now it's not the same. You get an ad every five misses which you can't skip for five seconds, one you return you have to restart it because you left the game. Some people experience personal issues but this is happening to everyone. I recommend to not download this, waste of time.
1: what in the absolute hell happened to this game? You changed it so much it is no longer anything like the original game. Keeping the name whilst changing the product so much is a terrible thing to do when people just want some nostalgia. 2: Why are there so many ads? I can't play for more than 5 minutes without getting triple the amount of ads than time spent! It's absolutely absurd! I wish I could rate it 0 stars but unfortunately that isn't an option so 1 star will have to do.
What happened to this game. Used to love it but then they changed it and made it complicated and is just terrible. Also the main problem is legit every 3 throws you get an ad i had about 10 ads in 1 minute whixh made me delete in 1 minute. Never get this shocking game unless they decide to change it back to the best original but they have to do something about then bloody ads
Back in the day I could spend hours on this Paper Toss, but it hardly is understandable how bad this game has become. Incredible bad physics which feels like it is only possible to either toss it straight forward or far right/left. Even if the physics worked properly and gameplay was reverted to its former self, the game is still filled with ads, that it hardly is enjoyable.
Downloaded this for the nostalgia. It used to be a good game. Whoever runs this game now has completely ruined it. Half the time it won't count my score, and oh my god the ADS. I had to watch 3 ads before I could even start. When you finish a game, there's a ad. When you log on, there's an ad. When try to start a game, there's 1-2 ads.
I don't know what happened to the original but this certainly isn't it. The physics are off by quite a bit, the controls are horrid and the game is divided into levels now which is just an odd decision for this kind of game. The developers should be ashamed of what they did to this once legendary boredom-beater of a game.
It was once an OG game. Now it is garbage. If I could give this game 0 stars I would do it straight away. I came back for nostalgia but no. I come back to this ad riddled game. You get an ad every 3 throws as well as garbage graphics, garbage mechanics, no background sound, no interachtibles and the fans don't even bloody work. What the hell has this once legendary game become. Very angry and disappointed😡. Would not install ever again unless it is changed back.
What was a great pass the time game, is now an app to sit back and watch ad after ad after ad. Even minus the ads this 'new' versions sucks. Can you just bring back the old paper toss with non-stop fun. If it isn't broken then don't fix it as the saying goes..... Very poor
I remember loving it as a kid, and wanted to revisit the experience. Not the same at all, and not in a good way. What happened to the old paper toss? That version was so much better. This one is just a bland, ad-filled, mess of a game that somehow has graphics that are worse than the ones from years before. Facebook games could do better. It didn't take long for me to realize there are MUCH better games to play on your free time.
This app USED to be good. It literally does not count my score. I get the paper in the can, and no points. I cannot progress. And the ADS. Oh my God, the ADS. It seems like I get an AD at every single menu page.
This game used to he so fun and I just found it again but the graphics aren't what they used to be, the controls are terrible and all the fun background noises of each room are gone. It is truly sad to see where this game is at from when it had gotten started.
I am shocked at how much of a downgrade this is from the original. Within the first two clicks I got two ads. The whole app is themed like candy like they are trying to be like candy crush. And the paper tossing mechanic is just atrocious. Just go back to the original game and captilize on the nostalgia because this sucks.
This app is complete dogshit now, it used to be good back then but now it's horrible, plays an ad every 5 seconds with 30 second ads you can't even skip. I don't know if this app is owned by somebody else or what but this game is now even worse than that app called office jerk and that's saying something. If I could rate this anything lower than 1 star I would.
even one star is too generous. one fine day i decided to revisit a game from my childhood, and to my horror it had been changed in a way that had "greedy cash grab" written all over it. what used to be a game that was fun despite its simplicity had been reduced to a shallow advertising service disguised as a "game." how a game could plummet to such lows is beyond me. in short, DO NOT download. trust me, it's not worth it.
What happened to this game? Used to be fun and relaxing and now it's an ad ridden mess. Also frustrating to play since the paper gets thrown in random directions rather than the way I swipe... Not impressed.
The way I remember it is, how there were no levels, more items to throw, some powerups, AD FREE, and a fun app. But now, it is full of ads and is not a fun app to download.
If your wondering what happened to the original Paper Toss, it was removed from the App Store on September 9th 2019 because on October 24th 2019, Backflip Studios went defunct (closed down) I did not know why Backflip closed but there's some reasoning I just wrote down in this review. Why I gave this game one star is because you have limited shots unlike the other Paper Toss. The other Paper Toss was also not flooded with ads. Please add an unlimited mode where you can get unlimited shots please
I used to love this game so much whyde u make it so complicated? Loading levels blah blah blah why it was fine just as it was and also my favourite part was where u could throw the paper ball on the boss lol and in the aquariam oh and also there used to be so many more balls man u made the game worse the og version was great hope u understand. thats y I'm rating 4 stars.oh and also I used to play this when I was five I was so happy but now I recently turned eleven and now well I'm disappointed.
This is nothing like the original paper toss. It is glitchy and inconsistent. I have to awipe multiple times for it to go and it will proceed to fly at awlward angles.

Physics? What physics? The game will show me an add before I play, than have all my balls bounce into the bin of of air. Used to be a fun game, but now it's a soulless corporate cash grab.

Not gonna lie they RUINED it really BADLY !! I used to love it back then but now it's just NOT GOOD ! It would be really nice if they make it back like it was before... No level, no maps just a SIMPLE GAME with some sleeping boss sitting on a chair..

I'm not usually a big critic, but there are just too many problems that make this game bad. To start, the original allowed you to choose which area you wanted to do, while this game has different difficulties for each area. The original did not have this, since you could throw anywhere at will. The controls are not the best and can't be considered manageable. The original and the sequel were easy to control, and you could interact with other things and people. This deserves only 2 stars
