Paradise City Island Sim

I was hooked on another sim game for 3.5 years until the developer canceled the game. I have searched and searched for another one that I would love as much. THIS IS IT! (And I like it even better!) My only complaint, and possibly something the developer wants to think about...I would like it if the islands had a completely different set of decorating options. For example, when I think of Mediterranean islands, I picture tile roofs, stucco, lots of arches, flowering vines and outdoor bistros!

Beware. On the face of it it's good but boy does it cost you real money which soon adds up before you realise. Gold is NOT free. Once the initial freebie gold has gone you have to BUY it. The items you can purchase using the games own cash keep being changed over to gold only until you can hardly get anything that doesn't require gold to buy it. I've stuck with it determined not to spend any more on it but it's getting near impossible so after putting a lot of time and work into it I'm likely gonna have to dump it. I think the developers are greedy. So frustrating. So unless you have deep pockets give this game a swerver.

Was fine up until I was to build a road by taping, then things got busy real quick. Do you people (programmers in general) even test your game out on people? I tried several times to get a nice straight road and it kept becoming a crooked overlapping mess. Please make it so dragging makes roads not tapping, and also where to bring the road to and from? This game needs more work. Other than these problems, it looks well made and could be something to enjoy after a few more updates? I'll try again later.

I really like this game, its very organized and needs one to invest with the concept of profit against time. The longer the time the more the profit. I don't really know if its because have not reached that level but, I think money income should continue increasing even when one is not playing the game at the moment, like you have to collect first your money for it to start collecting again. I think that is hectic!

Played this game about a year ago. Was able to open all 7 islands. You could earn money on your buildings quickly and play without having to make any purchases. Well that has changed!! I jist reinstalled recently. It takes so long to make any money that I kept shutting it off out of boredom. I play for fun and will not pay to play, especially with all of the ads that pop up. Just uninstalled it.

Overall it's a good game. I like the graphics and the fact it doesn't need other resources except money (or gold bars) to build anything. Good game to relax and take it easy. The only thing i am sort of missing is bit more "life" to it.... unless you build walkways you don't see anybody only cars... and the buildings and parks look so empty.... but that doesn't change the fact i like this game :)

Definitely a fun game but having a few problems that are making it difficult to play. Some design problems with the way smaller buildings are completely concealed behind larger ones. Freezing problems that force you to exit and reenter the game, which resets the progression of time bonuses (extremely annoying). Also, there are a ton of bonuses for which I voluntarily and happily watch ads, which makes the totally random forced pop-up ads in-game just an insulting and ridiculous irritation.

This game is mindless and addicting. Great to play on the train, passenger in a car because there's not concentration involved so u can still carry on a conversation. Watching TV at the end of the day. I haven't had any glitches. The one downfall is that half of the building and homes need bars of gold vs money. You don't get more than a bar or 2 each day. Without spending money to buy bars you can purchase various homes/community buildings.

I don't understand Barren Beaches, everything that can be purchashed to go on sand cannot be used. After the grass area is built on you are pretty much done. Also there is hardley any purchase to use currancy it is all gold so you can build up the money but there is not much to buy with it. I can already see a time when I will be done with the game since to just collect money is pretty boring. It is too bad since I have come so far and really enjoyed the game at the beginning.

I give the game a 3 star because every time I get my 5th island opened up it needs an up date and I up date it and it crashes! Every time!! 😤 Then when you try to get help you can't get replies. So I have started over again for about the 12th time after reaching my 4th island being unlocked. The game is very fun when it's working, very addicting and helps pass time. I really love the game, just wish some one could fix the bugs when updated,...

I enjoy the game, but everytime you watch a video it restarts the game. That must be fixed, very annoying. When will the hugs be fixed, option to watch the videos is not working. A bit unfair to now force the player to make purchases, when indeed the game is not working in full capacity. Seriously wonder if it is worth the time. I don't even lock back on, once it kicks me off.

Addictive and fun. Love building a community from scratch. Use of balance of assets, people and jobs. Keeps your brain working on several levels. You have to grow your village as you can afford it, so it is great as a learning tool. Also the streets and walkways change as you rearrange the layout and keep everyone happy. Every island is a new opportunity and a new canvas.

WOW!!!! The major avasive advertising with cut in video is way overdone...and same ones over and over and over...i get it if you want to show a video while im in the middle of something but how many times in 5 min...3 ..4 really!!!?? tone it down a bit..everything else is fine.

This game is really good, enjoyable. But i get disappointed when i wake up and find that the progress i made yesterday has been erased. all buildings removed. and i have to start afresh rebuilding everything. its tiring. and this is the second time that happened. please i wanna find myself having opened all islands. otherwise i love the game.

This ge dos not scale ui elements to phone too small to read properly. Tutorial needs improvement,you don't understand whats going on,also the shloud have focused on one island more. Bad fps too. Main menu need work,and music too.

Just started playing this one and so far it's a lot of fun. Only drawback is the numerous pop-ups that disrupt play. It's a waste of time as I don't take the time to see what they are advertising. I simply x them out so that I can continue the train of thought I was following before being interrupted.

Um....ok.... first the graphics of this game is nice,the islands and the buildings are very nice in terms of graphics compared to some city building games I've played so far.But the makers of this game really need to bring out more ways to collect Gold, your rewards are not really encouraging.And I think you need to put out more options like quests from citizens and other things than just collecting money. I just gave a four star,maybe when you fix this things it'll be a five star.

I truly enjoy this game ! I really like building all the different kinds of properties ! Also upgrading the properties. Collecting the profits from the commercial properties, to build more housing, commercial and community buildings ! Also placing roads for traffic, walking paths for pedestrians, and waterways for ships ! So interesting and fun, I adore this game ! xxoo

Honestly the game is fun. I like it just wish that its not so hard to get cool stuff l, because everything needs alot of gold ! And this weird thing just hapened where every single commercial building suddently raise its time of profit to like 2349:19:56 ???? How does that even make sense ? I wish I could attach a picture of the screen shot I took, it clearly said in every single commercial building that profit is ready to be collected in that amount of time 😐 even for the one that normally take about 2 min! I thought there's only 24 hours in a day but ok

Installed the latest version as per answer to last review. No difference. As i have 2 GB of space that isnt the problem. As the tropical paradise version works fine and its the same layout, something else must be going on. Ok my android isnt the latest version, but im not buying a new tablet just to play a game.

this game is better then Village city only problem is a little harder to get gold and making people happy is ok but making the money is great, the grafts are better. love the interaction better. over all not a boring game. but I do miss the speed ups. but over all I'm going to take the other one off.

Game is good but following problems are required to be solved that they makes game much better:- 1. Gold bars are not given as per buildings, community buildings and houses are so expensive. On the basis of Daily rewards 5 to 10 days collection of gold bars are 1-10 only. 2. Gold bars are purchased from collection of money from buildings like 10000000 cash profit of buildings will be change with 50-100 gold bars. 3. Land of Islands are so expensive it will be equally on 2000000 to purchase land.

Great game, but I got a new phone and now it wants me to start at the beginning again with no buildings, despite using same google play ID. I worked so hard on my city and had so many skyscrapers. That's really a slap in the face. I'm not playing anymore if I can't recover my city.

This app has too many intrusive adds that interrupt gameplay. It also eventually relies too heavily on gold as main currency, which is difficult to generate. This ultimately means the game has a limited time for enjoyable play.

At first it was fun and addictive game, but suddenly it was error when i reached level 38, the construction has stopped working when i buy a new land then i also realized that another there were another construction which is destroying the old buildings automatically. i restart my phone, but the game still unworking.

We love the game it's great for the whole family. Would be 5 stars if land and buildings didn't cost so much, after a bit kiddos give up, due to cost of buildings and land. Graphic are great all in all thanks for a great game.

I love this app it is so much fun, but the only problem I have with it is you cannot adjust the angles. I have to delete or move buildings to be able to get roads. The biggest complaint I have is you cannot get anything free. You have to pay money 2 get gold and money in the game.

Wonderful game. Definitely a mindful gain. by the way...can we place an extra setting from the binocular option? As a third pressed option take away the stats information and just have background scenery? I think that would be serene and peaceful. thank you either way.
