So far this is an amazing app! The stories are engaging and the videos feel very down to earth. If you are looking for a way to grow more self awareness and become your true self, this is it! With people and media always telling us trendy this and this is how you should act and look, this app allows me to break those opinions and create my own and understand myself! Really love this app and the way it breaks down the process of getting down to the nitty gritty of self awareness- While having to do this myself would be quite frustrating, so this app is where its at!! Looking forward to the next set of lessons!!

A great way to start 2020 is to begin using this app and become familiar with the Paradym Process. I am on Day Two already and I am loving it so far. I love how this app was made, with emotional intelligence concepts being presented and related with real-life experiences (of the author), then how it encourages one to think by throwing away those relevant questions at the end. Sure I'll be sharing this to friends so they can start a Paradym shift as well.

I have an older phone. This is one of many apps that does not function well. This one would not open. I can't wait for an upgrade so I can give this another try.
