How to get thermals:
Thermals are more likely to be found where the terrain faces directly into the sun.
Once entered into a thermal listen to the beeping variometer and fly in circles around the core, the thermal is strongest in the center and can have sinking air on the outside.
How to ridge soar:
Find a hill which faces into the wind and travel back and for along the slope to gain height.
The steeper the hill the more lift!

Learn how to thermal from your phone! This app is seriously outstanding. You can even pull off some wingovers if you've got your timing dialed. The wind/lift is always perfect on a ridge, thermal triggers seem to be random sometimes, but it's still an incredible simulator, and you can gain a great understanding of thermal mapping/coring skills
Fun and we'll designed sim. Shame have to pay for some gliders, but plenty free to choose from. More destinations would be good too. I'd rather pay once for a full version. first person view is too obstructed to be used which is a shame. Anyhow, all minor points. Still excellent.
Pretty realistic graphics, thermal winds are accurate and effect the movement of the paraglider. Beautiful sunset at high altitude! The negative of the menu system is problems of choosing various paragliders (the scroll down menu). Needs to be larger for mobile phones.
This is awesome! I go paragliding on weekends and this is the best simulation I've come across. it would be awesome if the lines prevented the wing from staying inverted after a collapse. Also a toggle button for big ears would take this to the next level! Great work!
As a flying pilot it's the closest game I've played on a mobile to actual flying...minus the big collapses. There's at least one of most of the usual catagories of glider available for free, except an acro wing which you have to pay for...unfortunately. The game itself is free & enjoyable. Also includes speedflying, paramotoring & skydiving.
This game is incredible but is missing quite a few critical things, first of all it neess thermals and the way lift works on the downside of slopes does not work as it does IRL, you do not just get sucked down rapidly doing around 30mph, into the wind even if your on the back side of a mountain, you glide as if you were away from a hill and if anything you will find more thermals on the back of the hills due to the lack of wind, so fix that, add thermals, camrea 5 should allow you to look around
Game is OK but without goal of any kind it gets boring very soon. I would consider adding xctracking so you can fly triangles or something. Also free camera movement would be great. On the island map when you climb up some 1000m all you can see around you is blue.
Great freeflight experience. You can use your phone to share screen with your TV for a fantastic bit of airtime ... got my daughter flying straight away! Phone app needs groundspeed (not airspeed) and speedbar support, but it's really beautiful and enjoyable. Thank you Evan!
The Paragliders in this seem reasonable physics-wise but the speedwings (the rapid 9 for example) are way too docile in comparison with the real thing. I have about 1000 flights on speedwings sot shouldn't be hard work to roll a 9m wing! Still good for a bit of fun though.
It's great but glitches every nown again... Means I restart flight. After about 1 hour... I suddenly realised that Im alone...... You need to make it so others can join your flight... Have friend groups etc... Maybe a small competition to see who can climb to base quickest etc.... The adaptions are fairly straightforward... And a few more maps.. 👍👍
Great game. Any chance of weight shift? Edit: after playing this for a large amount of time I'm certain that this is the best paragliding simulator there is. Above games made by massive developers like Ubisoft (Steep). Keep up the great work. Can't wait to see the next updates! Any chance of multi-player?
This absolutely my favourite game. Thankyou so much for making this map. I play this game atleast 3-4 hours a day. Could you please add some more maps and maybe try to make the mountains higher. And also, please add a trimmer release system to gain more speed. This is the best game ever for paragliding enthusiasts.
Nice man!!!! I can't believe you're updateing this game so often!!! your amazing!!! I have been flying paragliders about 2 years and have a P3 this is the most realistic paragliding sim that I have found on Pc or Mobile. The wings just fly Right, or mostly right but that's not a problem 😊 because thay just keep getting better! In short, thank you for the frequent updates! keep up the great work!!!! Is there any chance that ground handing will be in the next update? thanks!!
Great! Would like ground speed instead of air speed. As wind speed is already displayed. Perhaps customisable instrument? Speed bar would be a nice touch and perhaps eventually comp style tasks or xc with a bigger map.
I tried the demo on pc and was really looking forward to play it on the phone since I can tilt to weigh shift, but I get around 5 fps on my new galaxy s21... Unfortunately unplayable. What can I do to make it smooth please, is there any quality setting or optimizations? Would love to play. Thanks
Great app. Suggestion: scroll (ie prev/next button) option for wings for easier selection. A lock icon in the list to show availability would make selection much easier.
Initially was pretty realistic but the graphics let's the whole app down, would be nice if the sea didn't become the land but real enough for a two star experience, especially as I am a qualified elementary para glider
Quite impressive for an app on the mobile platform. One stop short of 5 stars, reasoning the gliders tend to invert themselves. But otherwise good job.
Fun game, simple controls. Decent graphics. Could this be done on Oculus quest as a side load game? The game already includes a first-person view.
Incredible simulator with very progressive and frequent updates!! Especially great when you can't make it to out in real life! Great app all around :D
Love it! Maybe just adjust camera angles a bit, and make the camera 4 not so shaky and with lttile less FOV. 😁
Nice app but couldn't this have been done with a realalistic landscape? Something to consider, I would pay for one with a motor, where I could takeoff running and land on my feet!
the game is very good but you should totally add emergency parachutes and make the wings more soft, like the real thing but every thing else is good [keep updating the RC plane game to] ADD RESERVE OR EMERGENCY PARACHUTES
I've never done this sport and hopefully I'm not developing any bad habbits. That being said this is a super fun simulator if you have interest in the sport.
For an app... its pretty accurate. I suppose it's as close as you're going to get to flying with a phone - Lol. Big thumbs up to the developers!
I love the game, I love the physics. But please fix the lagging the game lags so much please fix it
It's a paraglider. Calming with plenty of strategy. It is a little easy but that's fine for a casual game.
Its the best paragliding simulator currently out but the recent updates have ruined it for me. The new map while graphically better has no edges. The new rear riser steering doesnt seem to work. At least on the gliders i tried. I would really like an option to chose between the new map and the old one and also have speed bar. The camera's arent great. Would really like to see a way to control the camera and look around. Overall its a fun little game but the recent update hurt it a bit
