I'm surprised there isn't English language option. Please update App with language change option
Hi in samsung galaxy s10+ phone, NFC was working before but with your new releases it kept on prompting 'go into card settings to continue mobile contactless transactions.' And when I did, it didn't fix the problem. I tried to uninstall and install the app but when I try to set a card for nfc payments, it says 'your mobile contactless card have been removed from usage'. Please fix.
This new update has destroyed the meaning of maximum mobil app. It was supposed to be my one go for approving transactions from online shopping and paying bills not doing shopping on the app itself. I have numerous apps and websites for that why would a banking app need to be that? Seriously I would suggest the developers to go back to the thinking table and redesign this or just backtrack from this horrendous looking app design. I am sorry for the developers who had to work so hard for this.
Recently I can't use this app for mobile payments. The app shows like the payment was made when actually it was rejected. When I uninstall and reinstall the app, it will work for a few weeks normally but then again the same problem. It wasn't like that before. That needs to be solved.
Worst paypass application I've encountered all my online experience. Strictly recommend not to download and use it. I've just blocked twice in which I needed to go to the branch - each I was queued nearly half an hour. Now I'll uninstall it and start to use GooglePay as I have before.

Please stop making major changes in UI. I don't want to learn how to access a feature in almost every month. Keep it simple. I have already given feedbacks in Turkish also.
I don't want "pazarama online shopping app" I want "maximum mobile app". I don't care what promotions or discounts you give, this app was only good for one thing and that was to approve online transactions not become some cheap getir knockoff. At least give us an opt-out option for pazarama or better yet make it opt-in. Or just take it off the home screen and put back main maximum features on bigger portion. If KVKK was as good as GDPR I would've sued this bait and switch.
The application have a great looking GUI, but the main task is for using money transaction or shopping and other staffes, but the main problem is the language is in turkey. Which is not easy for tourists to use the application.
NFC payment has not been working since the new version has been releaesd. Thanks for quick response and sending how to fix the problem.
Updated version of this app is a waste of space on your phone. It's like they took everything that made this app what it is and threw it all away. Great Job knowing your audience.
Do not use this app to buy Cinemaximum tickets. They stole my money and didn't give me my tickets. I called and called and even showed a bank statement showing that they took the money from my account. No money has been returned even though they said it would be. Don't use this app!!!
I can't log in to my account it keeps crashing. I tried uninstall and reinstall still same problem. I reported it and sent phone logs.
The new update is awful. I don't need this pazarama thing. Also, "where is the sum of the expenses during the period!?" Turn back old version.
couldnt use it because is bankasi employees are incompetent. neither branch or callcenter can issue me a temporary password for my maximiles creditcard. but any bank is better and cheaper too, so ill be taking my money elsewhere
Get rid of pazarama. We neither want it, nor need it. And stop making big changes to the UI; settle on a goddamn design and improve it
easy to use, very functional, there are alot of benefits and it makes everything about banking very fun.
Every time I try to write my information it says that there's something wrong in my information but it doesn't mention what it is Even though my information is correct because I'm writing as it is in my ID
While the Pazarama thing is ridiculous, you can view your total spending if you ask the Maxi assistant "Total spending between this date and this date". If this helps other users
ADDING ENGLISH LANGUAGE WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL. Its all in Turkish and not easy to use for foreigners.

Contactless payment doesn't working anymore. If you can't solve the problem, more customers change their bank account.
I can't join campaigns for Maximum Genç card holders. It says, "Girdiğiniz bilgiler hatalıdır. Lütfen bilgileri kontrol ederek tekrar deneyiniz." I am loosing the opportunity to gain maxipuans because of you.

I cant login, cuz my account is in KKTC, when i try to login with ma account number, its send me a to a loop which i should put ma pin and account number n never login 🤦🏻♀️i want to use isbank shopping advantage but it didnt let me to enter.ma bank said cuz we r from kktc n this is just for turkey
Why it doesn't have English as language option ? How is it possible to give card to foreigners but no service in English!

Missing ability to opt-out Pazarama notifications. It is frusturating to keep receiving these notifications.
