Won't send confirmation email so I can port the video to the app. Tried email and google+ federated login.
The app works when you're inside the network and connects to the NVR just fine. But when you try to connect it when you're outside in that work to the NAT'D IP address it does not want to connect everything is the same except the IP is the NAT'D. Not worth it if I can't view the cameras outside my network, suffice to say support has been less than helpful.
Terrible!!! Try to review footage of 4 cameras at once since i need to view all angles of a vehicle at once....THE CAMERAS ARE ALWAYS LAGGING OR AT DIFFERENT TIMES OR FROZEN OR OFFLINE. THIS APP IS WAY TOO FRUSTRATING. It is extremely frustrating when I need to send quick footage of proof to my staff to show a customer that their vehicle came in with damage. It is not my internet service, i have added more and no difference this app needs a lot of work.
Extremely hard to configure.
Horrible app. If you have a Samsung Note 10 or 10+ you cannot get push notifications. But will do it on an older android phone. Had the camera installer here to figure out the problem and he realized he couldn't get any notifications on his Note 10+ phone for any of his client accounts.
Worst app! Device is always off line, can't rewind cameras to watch footage, takes forever to load and the quality of the live video is terrible. For over a month the app wasn't even in the play store to update. The "business" that installed my system tells me nothing is wrong with his app everytime I complain to him. So I basically paid for a camera system I can't use.

keep having this problem after I connect it just keeps timing out and saying unknown device...not sure whats causing this issue....the dvr on the standalone system has a strong signal with no interference ...pls help paid alot of money for this security upgrade and cant see anything
Horrible app. Just stopped working. Cannot generate a live feed. When it did work, it was always either offline or spinning, trying to load.
New update stays in the background and drains battery. The Remote playback does not highlite timelaps or movement periods, like it used to.
was a great app until last update. Now the display is way too dim. no other app on my galaxy s7 has this problem
It's not showing me anything at my house but it said live. I deleted the app a few times and reinstalled it but it's still not working

App will not load the camera system. It pretty much does nothing at this point.
Stupid. Whoever designed the app should be fired. Supposed to be for a tablet yet it's in portrait view. When you rotate tablet it never orientated to the right direction. Unbelievably dumb. Let the invid dvrs wotk with the superlive hd app and be done with this nonsense. I will probably switch to another brand dvr for my clients.
This App needs a major update. The app is always say "network failure or device offline" and the includes on being on wifi. This app defeats the purpose of be able to view your cameras when you are away from the premises. Please rectify these issues, so I can have a sense of security.
Useless! Worked for a week, now refuses to open. Keeps saying that it stopped working. Can't do anything with it, or see the cameras.
This app needs to be updated. App does not work when on WiFi.

Changed rating to 3 stars. What's up with this new 'LOW RESOLUTION PICTURE' when viewing on mobile device. Image is blurry and not defined. Totally useless. Super definition feature doesnt work anymore. Developer, why fix something that's not broke!
