Paramount Movies

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I've had more than a few issues over the years with redeeming and even managing to keep my digital movies (yes, they would disappear and I'd have to contact paramount, only to have it happen more than a few times!) but now I can't even watch ANY of my movies and like the other reviews mention, the app demands an upgrade that seemingly doesn't exist. Absolutely infuriating and downright unacceptable.

App keeps telling me to upgrade and when you click it it takes you to the play store and there is no update available. Can't even log in to the Paramount movie app because of this update glitch. Apparently from other feedback this has been going on for awhile. Please fix this.

JUNK! Absolute GARBAGE! Keeps telling me to upgrade then directs me to app store where it gives you the options to "Uninstall" or "Open", there is no "Upgrade". I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but got the same junk. Wouldn't let me give 0 stars in order post

Below disappointing. Ultraviolet had an option to merge with Paramount where the UV copies of movies you purchased on DVD could be watched online (aka modern technology), yet UV is now out of business, and Paramount decided to allow those movies to expire before the close of UV's business. Paramount doesn't even offer a discount on these movies that you've already purchased.

The app no longer loads, said it needs an update. Uninstalled reinstalled still busted. Digital downloads expire, really. Found that out on their site. Bad. Really bad!!!!

Like everyone else here: I boot the app, and it says an upgrade is needed. It takes me to the App store, and an upgrade isn't available. I have a handful of movies and can't watch them.

This app is a circle: you start to open but its says "upgrade", you click it and you go to Google Play with the ONLY option is "open", so you click that. BUT it just takes you back to, say it with me...upgrade. Lame. Delate. Don't buy anything associated with Paramount

For everyone complaining about the app. Bad news, they stopped supporting the app. All content was lost unless you had taken steps to secure them. They sent out notices but as of now, the app is useless

Ive had my aoo for a long time & now my app keeps stating to upgrade. Ive had a lot of movies on digital. This just stinks this company took back my movies. Everything worked very well before.

The app is broken and Paramount doesn't care. No one can access their content and Paramount doesn't care. There's no integration with other services and Paramount doesn't care.

Caught in a poorly coded loop that repeats between a message indicating an upgrade is required, then back to play store to uninstall/install, rinse, repeat...

Zero ☆'s to give if i could. Like the rest of the reviewers it says it needs an update and well nothing. Money well spent on my movies and not being able to watch them on here anymore. I know covid got us all bugged out but dang come on work from home and get this mess fixed.

I lost ALL 84 of my digital downloads from Paramount movies that I had purchased with my blu-ray discs... and now I can't view any of these movies digitally... I'm so livid with Paramount and the makers of this app !!!

Why won't it upgrade. Does it still exist? I purchased movies to be able to have them anywhere anytime. This app does not work. You have a lot.of explaining to do !! Total B.S I want refunds for all of my movies.

Yes. Now I'm receiving alert for upgrade. No options to upgrade. Will have to view in web browser.

Ok, so I'm AGAIN having this same problem as EVERYONE ELSE HERE Paramount Movies. I have 100+ paid movies on Paramount Movies account that I CANNOT ACCESS AT ALL, EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID FOR THEM! THIS IS CRIMINAL IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, TO PAY FOR A PRODUCT & NOT GET IT! So I'm done writing them for help & leaving Paramount BAD feedback, as I'M TIRED OF UNINSTALLING & REINSTALLING ONLY FOR IT NOT TO WORK STILL FOR 6+ MONTHS NOW THAT WE'VE BEEN LOCKED OUT OF OUR PARAMOUNT MOVIES Acct

Uninstalled and reinstalled because it said it needed to be upgraded, yet takes me to the playstore page for his App, with no upgrade option. So uninstalled again. Completely useless.

I purchase movies with digital downloads to have them. I can't get to my movies I already have. Reading the reviews...nothing has been fixed in a long time. Very upset!

Had this app for about 4 years. Now it says it needs an update. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing. Guess I wont be redeeming any paramount titles anymore.

Can't access any of my info. Tells me to upgrade, yet when I hit the upgrade button it takes me to the play store and you are unable to open the app.

This app does not work. I have movies that I have paid for and cannot access. There is no "upgrade" or at least no instructions on how to "upgrade". Unacceptable. Please fix this.

App says needs an update to continue yet there is no update on the store. This is a poor service to the consumer who has invested in movies on the app and now has no access to their content.

Zero stars -- app doesn't work period! Says to upgrade... press the button.... I end up in the Google play store being asked for a review because THERE'S NO UPGRADE. WHERE ARE MY F@$%!!** MOVIES THAT I PAID FOR?

Keeps saying I need to upgrade but it won't upgrade. And Apparently it will not let me post with out giving it a star either.

Can't upgrade and therefore can't access the movies we paid for and it seems everyone has the same issue and the company won't do a damn thing. Awesome job thiefs

The developer needs to fix this app immediately. It says to upgrade but won't allow you to upgrade.
