as a company, we like the app, just little concerns that the app developer can add to make things easier for the drivers, such as adding DOB once, then not having to add it again just incase the clients condition gets worst and cant give DOB anymore...ill email you with concerns..still, overall good app, not perfect, but good
I like that I can click on the phone number since the update but one thing is bothering me... it freezes up on me and I have to close out to restart bout 5 times in a 10 hour period
For some reason this app uses a lot of battery, even when I don't have it open. My job asked that I install it, but I am thinking about deleting it.
Garbage application that rarely works. DispatchBot was ten times better.
App will not let me start my routes. The app is down more than it works.
App has been improved over the past year and has resolved downtime issues
It's constantly saying update needed, but wont give me an update option in the play store.

Is there a way you guys can make it possible to make a call from within the app or it takes you right to the phone app? Having to memorize numbers and toggling back and forth between apps is time wasting and a big hassle.
Pressing Navigate button you may get completely to the different part of the town So ,I don't thinks so that this app works properly

I have implemented ParaScope with several different transit agencies and the way this applications enhances dispatch with real time info and visually knowing where drivers are in relation to their clients is enlightening. I've handed this app to an 83 year old driver with no training, he hit the road and I never heard from him again. It's the simplest transition from paper manifest to advanced, efficient technology out there. And....CTS is always adding new features and enhancements.
My company has been using this app for several years. Has its moments like any technology , however, the support is great. Most of my drivers are of an older generation, but the app is very easy to use and setup.
This is a great product easy to use and highly functional. It allows for real time updates and eliminates hours of manual validation.

It's a good app. The "On the Way" feature is causing issues with dispatch and it sometimes logs me out for no apparent reason. A refrest option would be great. To get updates and route changes I must logout and log back in. That wastes time I normally don't have. Hope to see these issues addressed.
