Recharged for 5 times payment is successful still not got coins i want refund otherwise I will file case in consumer forum here are screen shot

I have done 2 recharge of 799 out of which for one recharge i did not get the coins

Purchased Coins worth 100$+, then suddenly after few hours my account blocked. I asked the reason and a bot replies " your account is unrecoverable ". No reasons provided at all. I asked refund, but the bot again and again repeating unrecoverable. I lost my 25+ purchases. Do not install this app. They will block you after you buy coins. I reported to google, they will review my complain.

Good idea but without being able to narrow your distance down all you get is people from the middle east and Philippines. Havent met one person from the US since using it. Let me go world wide with a slider to narrow down the miles from me.

such a waste anchors, they start bugging for GIFTs during calls even we are paying for every seconds of call. they will not show if you dont gift them & u will lose coins. i tried to get back my coins but customer support is asking repeated questions and wasting time. they did not refund. there are many more apps are there i will choose others not ParaU again. Once recharge I had a good experience. But recharging itself is a big issue. App stops working soon after visiting customer support option. I lost 399. They have refunded earlier but not replying this time. Most of the time paymeny fails

Very bad app I waste lots of money Don't download it

There is a very good application but they take a lot of money. It is better if you have a free voice chat, if the money is working, it will be a good thing, otherwise the time is going to be waste and money and this is a very filthy dirty girl The clothes that do not wear too have been broken and childrens is also using this

first i think this was the best app of my life but later i am able to know that this is most silly and bad app that i ever experienced. i unable to get coins in free. Provide me some coins in free so that i can manage my life partner , so that i can say that this app is nice otherwise i am going to delete this app in few minutes. plzz reply that are you going to provide me coins or i should delete this app. do reply quickly as much as you can.

This app is very costly and one thing I want to say that when there is an incoming video call, it also demands to buy coins which is unfair. When somebody likes u, why u should buy the coins to attend his/her call. This is very much hurting.

A bad experience again and again !!!. Two transactions of INR 399 for 269 coins was shown successful and money was debited from the bank account, but still I didn't receive any coins. This is painful because the problem is repeatedly happening again and again

This is a very useless application and it is also very expensive and I have been using it on standby tonight but all my mobile data is lost. My mobile has lost 24 GB of data in just one night using this application I am very surprised that so much data of my mobile was lost in just one night. 24 GB of data which is there was lost in just one night. Besides, it is a very artistic application but it is very much. It's expensive🤔

Went to give 5stras for this app but i dont like one thing about this app and that is you put the cost for videocall is high bcz you are giving just 309coins for 399 rs and call cost for one minute is 30 coins that means we can talk only 10mins in 400 rs and if we give any gift to frnds it costs more coins. And that is users loss total loss . i purchased 3times coins of 1200rupees and i can talk hardly 20 mins . so think about that developers . reduce the call cost and increase the coins per rs.

Worst ever experience. Even the richest person in the world will become poor if he uses this app for a while. It's all SPAM. Not sure how there are a lot of girls who are available to accept your calls. Bcz for receiving calls also you need to pay more money. Hope all of them are bots and pre-recored videos.

This app auto cut my 820 rupees. I have already canceled my subscription, but you have auto cut my money. Plz gave me my money back. This is not good practice. I don't want to use this app and even I have not used this app not a single time. It will subscribe by mistake. So plz gave me my money back.

This is a fantastic app to interact with new friends but the only problem with this app is coins are very costly. PLEASE decrease the price of the coin it will be very helpfull
