ParcelTrack integrates all of your shipments from different delivery services into a single app. Free Push-Notifications keep you up to date with your delivery status. The ParcelTrack Inbox makes it even more convenient to track your packages.
• Push notifications – ParcelTrack sends free push notifications, so you know when your package is being delivered.
• Delivery forecast – For all delivery services that support this service, ParcelTrack lets you know when your delivery is scheduled. So far DHL, DHL Express, UPS and FedEx provide delivery forecasts.
• ParcelTrack Inbox – No need to enter long tracking numbers by hand: Each ParcelTrack user is assigned a random user ID and an email inbox. When you send an email to your inbox, our server conveniently extracts the tracking ID contained and adds the parcel to your account. Simply forward delivery notifications from online shops like Amazon to your ParcelTrack Inbox. ParcelTrack will add the respective shipment to your ParcelTrack account keep you up to date the progress of your delivery. The Inbox works for FedEx, USPS, DHL, UPS, TNT, Lasership and all the other supported delivery services.
• Who has my package: If your shipment has been left with your neighbor, ParcelTrack tells you where to ask for your package. (Premium)
• Automatic carrier detection – When you enter a tracking number ParcelTrack automatically detects the delivery service associated with this number, making it even more convenient for you to keep track of your delivery. I used to love this app. It worked beautifully. I even bought premium for it, ages ago. The last 6 or so months though, it's gone completely downhill. It doesn't refresh or update pretty much at all. I have packages that were delivered over a month ago, that still say null (even though the carrier apps show all the correct data). This app has sadly become unreliable and is now just taking up space and causing frustration. Update. It's been a year. Deleting now. It doesn't work anymore.
I paid for the premium version so I could sync my account across devices, and...it does nothing. When I log in, it takes me to the screen that lists premium features, and that's it. No action is available on that screen except the back button, which takes me back out of my account. I emailed the developer and didn't get a response. I've been happy with the basic app on my iPad, but don't get the premium version, because it doesn't exist.
This app performs exactly as advertised. I've tracked several packages so far and the app has functioned flawlessly each and every time. I was able to be home, waiting at the right time for each and every delivery, no guessing, or waiting all day for a package delivery. In a climate where packages are being stolen off doorsteps, this app is invaluable! Thank you for an app that does what it says without fail. Bravo & Cheers!!!
Unusable after Update! I used this app for years, even upgraded to Premium long ago. Recently, it has been increasingly disappointing, till becoming totally unisable and unfriendly with the latest update. Instead of improving, they disabled or downgraded functions. Also the appearance of the list of the parcels tracked is not readable anymore. I think they're doing their best to push back clients.
This was such a good app, until it wasn't. It hasn't seemed to be working for the past year or so, which is a real shame. It allowed for viewing parcels from a huge amount of different carriers, however now it just hangs when sending an email to the inbox or adding it manually. It served me well for many years, however unfortunately this won't be something I'll carry on using.
