SCAM !! It doesn´t work. They charge you directly from the app for booking then arriving at the parking imposible to use their access and you have to pay there as well. Then, customer service is a distater and they refuse to refund.
SCAM The parking was closed, I had to find parking for a hour at 1 in the morning after 10 hours drive. The number shown by parkclick is just a robot in Spanish, nobody there. LE: yeah, right.
Extremely expensive and slow service. I needed 4 hours and the app forced me to pay 7 in advance. I finally used 3,5 and no refund was granted. If you pay yourself at parking premises instead of using the app you will save big money. Moreover when leaving the parking the parking guy had to call to Parclick in order to check the reservation codes and it turned to be a very slow process. When paying myself it was always quick. Worse service and more expensive. What's the value for this app????
Terrible app for parking in Italy, we used it 3 times all of them went with trouble.
there should be an option to book with dynamic exit time...
used Parclick pre lock down for centre of Paris. Brilliant. booked for same car park next to Eiffel Tower again for tomorrow
Better than nothing, but the app showed that I was in a free street parking zone in Pedralbes, Barcelona, but I still got 90EUR ticket 😬
I booked for Litvak parking in Barcelona. Advertised as unlimited entrances and exits for 24 hours, we found out that actually the parking is closing at 19.00 and it is opening at 8.00.After 30 min. we booked another parking in the area: NN Lepanto. We arrived there and we tryed for about 30 min. to get inside but the phone number that suppose to open the parking gate was not working and we couldn't get inside. NN Lepanto Customer Service wich answered and told us that they don't speak English
i paid but never parked to the parking. there was no access ro the entrance of the parking by car. i couldnt find the entrance. the proposal access was only by foot
I used parclick in amsterdam to find secure parking with a valet. I called to meet the valet and they were nowhere in sight. I could never rendezvous with the valet. My car was never parked with this company even though I payed them and am trying to get a refund.
I've just booked my first parking through this app. The price is incredible. So far everything seems perfect. I will update this comment after I have my experience.
There is not enough information about parking. I spent lots of time in the place when arrived late. It was hard to understand where and how to get a ticket. And there is no quick support in the app.
Valencia carpark was very reasonably priced, easy to find, secure and I would use it again
its helpful somehow if you want to travel from town to town no need to worry about parking spot
they only consider good reviews about the experiences you had with the parking with them. as soon as you have a bad experience, the review gets ignored
Wao A+++++ Fro the guys at the gate entering or exiting. To the guys who save me from losing alot of money because when I got out of my car I drop my keys between the platform where you park your car and the floor and they call a technician to recover them and they had my keys the next day waiting for me at their desk. Wao if I was their boss a good raise for them " Just saying". I will have this app and the memories for ever. Thank you.
Very useful and easy to use and. Haven't had a problem so far and let's hope we keep it that way.

Unprofessional service, and customer treatment. The garage was closed upon arrival with a sign that says 'Full'. Naturally we had to park on the street. Only later it was clear that there is an arcane system of calling a number to open the garage which was super hard to figure out and totally unexpected. Still 'Filippo' and 'Myriam' decided that I do not deserve a refund due to their terrible communication, therefore stealing my money effectively. Avoid this app in wide berth, it's a cartel.
