Not bad when it comes to filtering however every few minutes it closes whatever application I'm using and tells me netspark has protected you from suspicious activity. This is tiresome. Sometimes it takes over the screen and says I recieved a video and locks the screen for a few minutes. It took me four times to write this review, now five, because netspark 'protected' me from suspicious activity code 1. Now six, This is really annoying. I don't want to have to find an alternative.
When trying install the app the screen goes blank in the process so you get stuck. As a result it can't be used. $9.50 for a single device is really expensive, I'd expect to pay that for 5 devices or so.
Don't waste your time with this filter just use Gentech, all they have is Horrible Customer service, picture in picture (pip) doesn't work, there is a website which is blocked they claim that the company is blocking traffic from VPN when in fact other VPN filters like Gentech could access the site, when there is an issue with the app instead of fixing it they will simply disable features, and will say they working on a fix, when they simply dont
Paid for the app. It didn't register me, so I thought the payment didn't go through. I paid again, then saw that both payments went through. I have emailed them many times but they don't respond. Very bad service!!!
WHATCH OUT!!! After a few weeks using this filter, you will realize what great mistake it was signing up with them. 1. Phone will start freezing and not responding. 2. It will block random apps and sites that should be open and was always open. 3. Your requests will be ignored. 4. And when you'll call in, they will NOT help you but give you a nasty attitude. Keep back as far as you can, there are other, reliable filter companies out there that you can trust.
Very bad. First try, second and third app wouldn't install. Tried a week later but won't install for free trial without credit card. With little more than a 3 star rating and reviews of poor customer service I won't give them a credit card.
They block the bad sites.... but also lots of harmless sites like work related pages and a page to order coffee, for example. Then there is a button to request access for that page but there is no acknowledgement that your request was received nor does it seem to be taken care of.
Disastrous customer service, if any at all.. Considering i pay 70 euros for this a year i would expect better. Time to look for a new filter app. Would love to be proven wrong by this company and happy to change rating accordingly.
After signing up, spent all week unsuccessfilly trying to cancel the subscription. Netspark support repeat the same impossible to complete instructions. Will have to take it up with the credit card company. Why not have actual customer service?
I've used this on my phone for a year now. Overall I am thoroughly pleased. Gave four stars simply because I believe the layout could be more aesthetically pleasing. Can be a bit confusing. Thank you so much guys!!
this app drains my battery and at random times the app just turns off and does not block any thing it is not worth the money that I paid for it way to expensive for an app that only works half the time
Not so good please remove the google app block...when I open my google assistant or google app this app automatically redirect me to browser i cant use my microphone to access my google assistant please fix this... I will never pay you for the stupid app i.e- I patched it by lucky patcher and subscribe it for free😉

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP FROM GOOGLE PLAY!! It doesn't work at all. Netspark sold a "lite version" to google play and google play refused to refund payment.

The app itself was okay, one of the better filters out there, though one of my kids managed to throw it out time after time... My main issue is with their service, which was horrendous. Truly no words. Entirely non existent in fact. Like talking to a bot bad. For that reason alone I wouldn't suggest ever paying for it.
