Notifications of new messages do not allow you to open the app. Instead you have to find the app and navigate to the message manually. Otherwise functional app

After installation, once you select a school, the screen is frozen with the spinning gear icon. If you exit/close that screen and re-open the app, it works. I cannot use the planner section in the app.

The UI is very unintuitive. Sometimes messages are shown as a pop-up and havebto navigate everywhere to find these. A mailbox-like list could ve nice. Reporting ill is also dumb as you need to fill in every detail from your kids every time.

The function "gespreken maken" doesn't work. I tried to uninstall the app but it's the same issue. I tried to log out but it doesn't let me do it either. I cannot find a "technical support" function anywhere so I simply don't know what to do ☹️

Errors, errors everywhere, slow, not intuitive, unclear, and not user friendly. I'd rather use email.

Slow, unresponsive, not always intuative, and crashes from time to time. But the school has a contract with this company, so we're stuck with it.

This new school year begun without any calendar sync in my phone. Last year it worked perfectly. How can this be remedied please?

We first had to clear limited storage space on a parents phone in order to install your app, only to chose the school of our youngest child, now in group 8, soon due to use Magister. Chosing the school installs another icon on the android phone screen where we later see the same contend as under the first icon. So why we need two icons, what if we deleted one of them? To open the Cito report of our child we need a document reader which we earlier deleted, in order to be able to install your app!

Frequently none responsive. Popups about new messages in inbox freeze the app.

Passwords of max 15 characters? Why? Which development or security principals or Good Practice ever told this company to put a maximum on passwords? Would not be surprised if they store it with MD5 in plain text too... Come-on, you can do better.

Slow and annoying to view photos. Hope my kids school will soon change to something different.

Love if we could download photos so that we can save those wonderful moments and look back time to time.
