Sent messages and received message are all together. It's kind of mess. It would have been more nice if sent messages and received message had a seperate section. And reply has no attachment options in it. Most of the time we are not able to open some attachments sent by teachers.
The images are not being saved as image files, hence I'm not able to view them. The new version has a lot of bugs and lags a lot too. Please fix it ASAP.
Shows same notification again. Files take time to download, not as user friendly as google classroom. Class tests are not notified regularly and when we click class test notification it syncs immediately. Messages can't be deleted.
so annoying. the app keeps stopping on my chromebook, it just won't open
The app is definitely useful for parents, but not receiving messages for more than one student in the same school. I have 3of my kids studying in the same school, and I am getting all messages for my youngest one only.
The app is nice 👍👍 But how can we add 2 users to parent eye app?

I am given 4 stars because this is an good app but I can't send pdf and videos. Please tor to fix this problem faster the we can send the pdf and videos and another one that please fix the notification that we can see the that sent to us.
Appreciate if you could consider below points to improve the app. 1) Fee payment option is still not available. 2) Unable to communicate with administrator / office in charge. Thanks in advance.
This app has least stability especially ti download pictures or pdf files send it downloads files but such that it can never be opened worst app and makes a lot of mess haven't uninstalled only because it is being reccomended from school
Why my app didn't working showing it is no internet connection, can you help me from this. My child's information is in this, this app is very helpful, I recommending you to download this app and tell you school management
How come password is shown as text while typing? There is no toggle button either on Password. Fix this ridiculous bug guys and push an update immediately.
Multi user switching error . School sending messages are available in both user text box. I It's can't be separated.
Dear team, please let me know how to change the messaging tone for this app. I am not able to see it anywhere in the settings of the app or even my phone.
Primitive app. Such app need to be more intuitive and easy to use especially when it's designed for parents. There are many parents who may not know how to use mobile applications.
Not so user friendly. Most of the time we don't recieve notifications weather teacher recieved it or not. no response from teachers too. It should be one to one communication where we can't get any revert from teachers
This app is very very poor, no notification coming, teachers send same msg we getting 2 or 3 times. Overall it's too much messup
nice app for student and the teacher can send notes in parent eye it is very important in the period of lock down because teacher sent the important notes and link for online class and instruction and some important thing about exam and we canalso pay school fee thanks for creating the app because it is important for my child for class work etc thanks thanks thanks

we have paid first installment through this app only. But still there is no update regarding that and didn't get any acknowledgement of the fee. please go through it.
It's a good app. But I had a problem. I cannot see the msg which the teacher has sent in the diary of a child
this app does not aync properly and if there is any new update sent from the school it doea not pop up and always there is a error as .no reliable connection..
I recommend to schools and students not to install this app as after every notification, the app has to be updated. And graphics are the worst
This is a good app. But many things want to be updated the student progress and exam are not showing anything. It should be more better
After the latest update app is not working well at all. Instead of my son's profile some other kid's profile is seen. Really very pathetic app.
