Communication with my child's teacher in real time just like texting! So convenient and effective. Absolutely love the pictures and videos my child's teacher sends that is the best part. Great app

Very slow. Need major fixing up! Every time I use the app it either crashes or just goes so slow that I don't even bother. Sometimes I don't get to read the notifications because it's so slow. Also doesn't like this issue has ever been solved. Another thing I can't even edit my own information. If my kid's school didn't totally depend on this app as a form of communication, it would've been uninstalled months ago!

Latest version breaks the ability to open PDFs which is what most of my schools messages are, rendering the app useless for me.

Edited to say even after the April update it still is doing the same thing. Just downloaded this in hopes to keep in touch with my child's teacher. The app however will not load. I got the code to put in and nothing, it just buffs.

I don't like that I cannot delete old messages after I read them. I have to keep scrolling through all messages from the beginning of time😖 too many messages all the time.

I love being able to get in contact with anybody from the school at any point in time period it makes everything a lot easier easier and it's very quick, efficient and easy

It would be really helpful if the app included some type of notification when messages arrive, otherwise, Talking Points works well. ~ Deb B 4-18-22

I love this app!! I'm able to engage with my children's teachers very quickly, and vise versa. Any type of announcements come right up on my phone with this app. It keeps you "in the lead" so to speak with the school and your children. I love it!!

I really enjoy the app. It makes communicating with my child's teacher. only issue I have is here recently when I click the drop down notification, the app does not open. I have to manually open the app.

Works real well for communicating with my sons teacher and updates for what's going on in the school or his class.

I really appreciate the option to communicate with my child's teachers in this way - I have always wished there was a better electronic way for doing so than email and now there finally is! No more messages getting lost in the endless abyss that is my email inbox or within individual threads. It's so much easier to just send a quick message & have the entire history right in one screen that can be viewed simply by scrolling - just like a standard text conversation.

pop ups that tell me to appreciate the teacher? annoying. also it's super slow to load.

Difficult to navigate, I never get the notifications or I get them late and the notifications aren't even noticeable with any sound or light.

It's pretty good - except for not being able to use it on the PC like I could with Remind. Otherwise, I love being able to get in touch with the teachers do easily. The bad? as of this school year, I no longer get notifications & I have to regularly check. As busy as I stay, I will often miss something by 1-2 days.

well honestly I think it is great because you get to talk with teachers about ups and downs of school work or just to talk to them

This app is better than a ton of emails from multiple teachers- it keeps them from getting lost. Other than that, it's just "meh!". I always have the "you have a new message" dot showing, and I've read every message. It is difficult to copy/paste from the app.

This is very beneficial to have and to keep in contact with the all teachers.

have tried for 2 months to update my phone number to recieve my child's information and the company says it the schools fault so I have been unsuccessfully trying to keep up as a working, single parent and also as a concerned parent who is getting 3 other students absentee and work assignments which is not helpful to me or my child

this is the best app parents have direct contact with teacher the teachers always reach out sometimes just to say hi your child is find any concerns or questions I have I text her and she will check her phone and when she gets a minute she's addressing my text but she will be texting me within a short period of time it is wonderful thank you but I also love here comes the bus app so thanks for making the communication between teacher and parents so wonderful

super slow operation. takes a long time to load and notifications do not always open the app when clicked on.

it constantly tells me I have a new message from my kids school but I can never figure out where to find the message. the messages are all very delayed as well.

I will see a notification then click on it and it disappears. I have to go to Google play to open app. So annoying.

This is great for keeping up with your child's school info and direct contact with their teachers.

For this to be an app for students, parents, and teachers to share valuable information. You can't afford the bloopers with crashing/closing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Only to get the same blooper. 🤦🏼‍♂️ *Update.. Thanks for responding and correcting the issue I was having. Customer service is just as important as the app.

The app UI is buggy. The keyboard closed when inputting the verification code and wouldn't reopen, so I had to start over. It says the newest message is new, even though I've read it. Multiple times. And it won't let me change my name from "Enter full name". Im deleting as it provides me no benefit over simply texting my child's teacher.

I can't manage my alerts so I miss messages all the time. My husband gets both the text and push notification for a new alert. No settings in the app to allow for text and all of my notifications are enabled. No idea how to fix this and it's rendering the app pretty useless.
