Paris Baguette

Items are a little pricey but well worth it, especially for special occasions. Their cakes are light and delicious. My favorite item is their strawberry croissant filled with Bavarian cream, expensive at $4.99 but I occasionally indulge whenever I need an extra-special treat.

I wish there were more reward options like a free drink or two. It'd be motivating to redeem points for different tiers of rewards, but instead it's the same reward for every few points reached. Otherwise it's a simple app.

This app will not allow for manual location input. And not allowing me to manually input the location I want, means app orders and seeing where your locations are, won't work. Let ME choose my location, NOT where YOU choose. Also, Pleasanton sells COLD sandwiches yet charges a HOT tax for them. I'm paying for something I did not get. Cold items being charged for a hot taxed item. That is not okay. Rewards disappear when you go to use them. This app is horrible!

Ridiculously slow, and error prone. I would like to also be able to place an order without turning on location access. Why can't i just search by zip code? Order history is also slow and doesn't show orders that I've just made.

Scanning points is super buggy and doesnt work half the time - furthermore when it successfully scans the point count doesn't increase.

it will not except my credit card, something is wrong with the app. my cards are active and currently in usewith no issues

The app has stopped scanning the bar code since the last update. I have to manually input the long numbers to get points. Also, the app doesn't always work with the machines at the stores, which also defeat the purpose of having an App. Their system has issues that needs to be corrected at the store to be able to work better with the App.

I've just made a purchase at a store and scaned the screen with the UPC code. It showed up the amount shortly after scanning, but while I was trying to leave a review, I opened another app to look for some info, points disappeared. Now, I tried to find the UPC code on my receipt, it's not even there. Point just disappeared and I have no way to retrieve it. Useless app that steal points!!

This app is terrible... I thought it was a great idea till it crashed. I've tried to uninstall, reinstall... and logged back in to my account; got the password wrong, tried to reset password multiple for 2 days, and nothing! It will not tell me why the new password will not work and I'm not able to make a different account with a different email either... don't waste your time downloading this!!

I ordered a $45 cake using the app while I was logged into my account, but after the cake was picked up and eaten, I just notice now I didn't get any points for it, and order history of the app is completely empty. Seems like a bug. I already threw away the receipt since I thought using the app to order should give me points automatically!

I haven't had any issues with this app at all. Created an account using my Google account and I can sign in flawlessly, even after getting a new phone. The rewards system is nice and being able to scan a QR when ordering in-person or being able to scan your receipt later is amazing and allows for a lot of flexibility. I wish other rewards app had a similar feature to scan receipts in case you forgot to scan your QR code when making a purchase. I have yet to actually place an order in the app.

Old app was better and way more reliable. Don't receive text notices of pending and posted points anymore. Losing out on reward points. Can no longer scan receipts to get missing points. A big step backwards

So, what is to say about Paris Baguette? I love the food, love the service. However, the app is terrible. When it reads the QR codes, it sometimes will glitch up, freeze, flicker, sometimes say that this doesn't match it location but then give you the points. Or, it won't give you the points at all. Don't bother asking any of the staff, they are doing their job, giving service in the smile, but they are not IT and they did not create this app. They brush you off with "Call the support line."

Issue making order for pickup. Everytime go to check out it gives me an error message: "oops, error validating basket" Already tried deleting and re-downloading the app. Also parts of the menu are missing on the site.

This app completely sucks! and does not work. I was at Paris baguette couple of hours ago, I tried scanning receipt, and didn't work, so I entered code manually. It did say I got 21 points from my purchases, from before and still right now my reward balance is 0... i wanna rate this app lower than 1 if I could.

This app doesn't work, points disappear for no reason, error messages show up when trying to scan the code or enter it manually. This app makes going back to rewards punching cards seem better than all this hassle

Cannot sign in or reset password. No one responds through "contact us" and email listed on this page doesn't work. I used to use this app all the time and now since the update, cannot even use my points I accumulated.

The app does not allow leaving notes about the cake order. It's very common for people to add a"happy birthday" or "happy anniversary" note on cakes. Since the app is lacking such feature, I had to call the store to order it instead. So the app is not useful from that sense.

The function "Enter Barcode Manually" used to work for me on my Android phone. But today when I tried to do so to earn my points, I kept getting an error message "Oops! Guest not within range of a Paris Baguette location" even when I was physically within the Paris Baguette store! This is frustrating!

With the new update, cake orders I place do not go through. It has happened twice. A receipt gets sent through text but when the store is called to verify, no order was placed.

The barcode function is Not allowing you to scan it at all. The worse thing is the registers don't even have the scanners to scan your phone! The reward points is just a lie.

Good store Horrible/Useless App!! the app is kinda useless. -Can't see types of cakes -Can't see specials -Can't see menu -Can't place order -only good for points INSTORE!! but heard it was very ify too, So to sum it up - Very USELESS!!

It stopped working today. I have permitted everything they requested and checked available updates. Nothing is working. So disappointed. It doesn't even let me order online for my local paris baguett stores. I'm just using as reward collecting purposes and today that's not even working. So frustrating.

Constant error messages. Lost my points. Oops no signature. Emails after emails telling me they see points. Installed and uninstalled. Won't let me change profile. Done.

the app doesn't have a full menu to browse unless you make an order and there are no stores near me accepting orders through the app. I have to start a pretend order to view the menu and even then there's no pictures of the cakes :/

great idea to have an app, but not well done. no ability to pay with the app and combersome to use, needing to scan recipts after paying or telling the PB people to wait for scanning your CC while you open this thing first. also disappointmented with the measley points you earn, which equals about 20 visits before you get a reward and even then its a pastry not a coffee. please bring back the coffee reward card.

Sooo many glitches. WARNING!! This app makes it impossible to change locations and/or cancel orders. (Do not order from this app unless you're a glutton for punishment) --> Side Note: (@Whoever's the UX/UI Designer for this) You need to pull yourself together because this is MESSY.

Unable to access the app since you revamped it. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but nothing works.

NO REWARD POINTS GIVEN. After scanning my receipt like all others here in the review section it still says 0 rewards after scanning on 3/18/19. I see complains starting from last year can't believe they didn't bother to fix this issue. Disappointed

Does not accurately represent what is in stock at my location. I've had one order totally cancelled and another the associates made substitutions without contacting me. Ordering delivery thru the app also uses a third party delivery Service and there's no options to tip the delivery person
