Super helpful for everyday use especially when you want to keep your bank but move across country
I can't reply to my previous review, so putting this one in, but I just booted up my s9, and while a little bit slow, the park Bank app still loaded in the my account info, but on my s22+, all I get is a white screen with a tiny Park Bank logo in the middle and it just stays there forever until I force close the app, so it's definitely something to do with the s22 series.
3 factor authentication (Password + Biometric + Text/phone verification) is overkill, and requiring re-auth when switching between apps makes it basically useless. App also now refuses to load entirely on my new phone: Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra. I have my own grievances with this bank's lending practices, slow and flaky website, and ultra-slow inter-bank transfers, but the App's getting worse will likely be what makes me switch to UWCU.
Every month the app will stop working, when contacting the bank they told me re-download to update it as thats the only way to update the app. Doing this locks my account access until I contact the bank to get a manual reset done. It's a bad app. the bank has good people, just not the best for personal finances more for business finances. It is extremely inconvenient to have to delete and re-download the app whenever there is an update and to not give warning or let the consumer know before.
Very disappointed with this new version. It's not user friendly. Users should not have to go back to the main screen to select bill pay, etc. I can get all the way through attempting to submit a payment but am not able to due to an error right when you hit submit.
With my new Galaxy S22, this app no longer works. It used to work fine with an older Galaxy phone. I have deleted and reloaded the app several times without any change. Please fix this!
It's a very clean design, and easy to use because of it. I love they added the feature to remote deposit checks. The ONLY down side is it frequently has issues at log in for whatever reason. Give it a hour or so, and it works fine though.
Very solid mobile banking app. Depositing checks takes about a minute at most, checking my balance a few seconds. The fingerprint login option makes everything convenient enough to check my finances regularly (instead of hoping everything is fine).
excellent and easy to navigate. 12-8-2019: As of your latest version, I cannot get it to update, stuck at pending download. I can no longer use your mobile app. Very disappointing.
App refuses to run if USB debugging is enabled, which is bigly inconvenient for a mobile developer. Edit: I appreciate the developer reply, but this is indefensible. BMO Harris and UWCU, not to mention Amex, Robinhood, and Fidelity, all have apps that work with USB debugging. It's something your competitors' more professional dev teams have realized is not a threat to the security of online banking any more than a regular PC, where "can run dev tools" is the default state.
Easy to use app, but crashes every time I try to set up the fingerprint recognition. Update: Uninstalling & reinstalling the app fixed this issue.
The random two factor authentification feature you cant turn off is terrible and always pops up at the most inoportune time.
Your verification system sucks. When I use the text option for verification it takes over 10 to 20 minutes to receive code.
Definitely one of my most useful apps! The development of this app has come a long ways, along with the bank itself, love the innovations they have added all around! Haven't had any issues with the app!
probably the worst banking app you could get. no support for credit cards, difficult to deposit checks, crashes often.
The app is really easy to navigate. Paying bills, making deposits, checking balance - all super easy
Functional and on the rise, Park Bank's app doesn't compete with the functionality of the national chain apps, but it's serviceable for quick uses.

I like the new improvements surprise it speeds up the time for me to go not waste my data and pass updates you made me waste my data cuz it took so long to get my information
This app has been very useful, but hasn't been able to open for about a week. Shuts down before it opens.

Worst App Ever every other day I have to delete it and add it back on because it freezes and it doesn't work

It's been month(s) and I still can't sign in to my account I know my password and I know my username but still can't t sign in. Otherwise when I am in it's ok

When it works, it's great. Unfortunately about 50% of the time when I try to open I get the message "an error occurred please contact support..." and it just refuses to let me login at all. Restarting my phone usually allows it work again but quite frustrating when I'm just trying to grab my available balance. Force closing the app and relaunching ain't enough, either, gotta literally reboot the phone. Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ on most recent version of Android if it matters...
