Great for checking my balance and transferring funds but mobile deposit still isn't working aftwr the update on 3/7. When the camera opens to take the pictures, no guides show up like they used to and it doesnt allow me to take a photo even though I'm looking through my camera. Locks up and restarts my Pixel 3.
The app is okay, but the mobile depositing system breaks often. I like being able to look at my bank statements whenever I want, but the most useful function-the mobile depositing system-is easily broken by OS updates. Very unfortunate, but not the worst possible.
Have used this app for years and it's worked very well, but just got a Pixel 3 a few weeks ago and I can no longer do mobile deposit. It won't let me take a picture of my check. I have contacted Support twice through email and have not received a response. Please fix. This is vital part of your app.
App is great when it works. At random times I click the app & it just "blinks", won't open up. Have to do an uninstall/reinstall each time it does that, this almost daily.
keeps telling me "service is unavailable, please reboot and try again." I've rebooted, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and still doesn't work, and it also freezes my phone.
If you update your app because of a new Android OS, how about not breaking previous versions that used to work. Seriously, you should test things such as the camera application for backwards compatibility. Now i can no longer make mobile deposits. I'm now considering moving banks because of this egregious oversight.
This app use to be awesome, now on Android it's useless. Tells me service unavailable. This is how I pay my bills month to month, please fix it asap. App has been fixed for the new android update!! Thank you.
after updating to pie application errors. service error, reboot or reinstall. also hangs and freezes phone. seen it cycle on trying to connect as well.
I have to reinstall this app on a regular basis for it to work. This is ridiculous, this has been multiple updates now that I have to do this with. Get your bugs fixed
it's useless since the Android update the can't keep up with an Android what the hell's the point. switch to his bank thought it was a good bank but it's almost like they're in the Dark Ages compared to other Banks he'll to get a money tote to take your money in and out of there you got to pay $6 LOL but this at is useless and I really need to use it it upsets me
It doesn't update transactions for days so if you were to overdraft your account you would never know bc it takes 3 to 5 days for anything to clear. Which is very horrible.
I have unstilled app like I was told, and reinstalled this on sept 15th for the new version. However this app is still saying its out of date and will not grant me access to my accounts.
I have done everything to try and get this new version to work and it still says its out dated... Haven't been able to check my account or days now. THIS "UPDATE" SUCKS!

This app repeatedly malfunctions. So, I routinely reinstall it. It's a decent app when it actually works. :(
Mobile deposit doesn't work, and in Bill pay, when you hit "pay again", it used to fill in the previous payment amount.
This app will not work on my Android phone. Will not open or crashes when opened . Please fix ASAP.
The one reason for this app for me was to do a mobile deposit. Doesnt work. Suggest we all switch to a bank with better functions.

After Pie update the app won't work and has even locked up the phone.

Terrible. Can't find updated app. Thank goodness Apple just lets you update the app.
So glad Park has made mobile banking easy, especially helpful for those who work long hours and cannot get in to the bank when it is open.

This app doesn't work any more, I've tried it on multiple phones and it gives me the same message about functionality on all. I have notified the bank about it but no one has bothered to do anything about it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning my phone on and off again, and nothing has made it work. This is very frustrating
