I have not had problems with any part of this app. Check deposit works great, although I wish it could accommodate odd-sized checks. Also wish it had Hi-checking status checker....have to log in to full site to see that.
Log in and can see my loans, but can't pay them through the app. It's telling me go to the website to have this option added, that doesn't work. This app seems like it's stuck in 2005. I have never used an app thats so useless like this one
This App Is Terrible waste of time and space. It won't allow you to deposit checks like any normal credit or Bank app and it looks super old
In the last week or so the app hasn't been opening. It says network error or will not load. It has also said invalid login when switching from say accounts.. to transfer funds.
I love PFCCU but, this app...what is going on with it. Past week it has not worked. Continue to get "cannot connect to network" error.
Its 2015... This is subpar

I have seen that others have had the same problem as I am. I can log in, hit which account I want to look at then YOUR SESSION HAS TIMED OUT. This gas been going on for months and I would have to look at my balances through my computer which defeats the purpose of having a mobile app. I have a Motorola Droid, is this part of the problem? Please advise...
I have no issues, until now. I log in, go to the checking section, the screen goes black, then "your session has timed out" comes across, it then shuts down. Please fix and I will put 5 stars again.
Great app', but wish it can refresh your statement view for android phones. Apple iPhone peoples can do this (yes I said peoples)
Makes paying bills from work easy and depositing them as well. I'm still not sure why it wants use of my camera or call logs ir msjs... Please clarify that. Other that I love it.

Wow, mobile bill pay now. Love it!!
I could NEVER use this app. It always said my session had timed out in about 30 seconds. Everytime I would Try to even look at my account it would say that. I never got to work even after about 6 months of trying. Uninstalled and re-installed. It still never worked.
Love the check deposit feature.
Overall a good app, but I can hardly ever get it to accept my check images for mobile deposit. I am careful to use a white background and good lighting and the images look great to my eye. But there is always a problem that prevents it from accepting the image. Too bad -- this would have been a terrific time saving feature.
Good for checking balances and making transfers between accounts with PCFCU. **NOTE - they recently added mobile check deposit, very happy about this** However, lacking a few other useful "online banking" features. Recommended improvements: 1) Online Bill Pay - this would make the app so much more useful, if when I got a reminder about a bill, I could pay it immediately, 2) PIN unlock rather than requiring full password every time (my password is very long and has has symbols, etc.) I would prefer to store that locally and use a PIN or gesture to unlock the app), 3) NFC Payments would be nice too. Most new phones have NFC chips and making payments (or receiving payments) via NFC would be a nice touch.
Half the time this app doesn't work. I just end up using their actual website from my phone. Not worth having an app if that's what you end up doing.

For a payday loan bank... It works ok... But the picture deposit feature - reminds me of the "pull my finger" app - it stinks!
Crashes 3 out 5 times it loads. I report it every time n still no fix after a month or more. When it works its OK, just a basic apparently, still not a Chase or 5th 3rd
Still forecloses when I access my account. Android scan a check needs to come out already.
The check deposit is awful. There are times when it will not focus the camera on the check, no matter how good the lighting. It will briefly focus, then go out of focus just before snapping the picture. Some days it works perfect, some days it takes 20 minutes to take a picture good enough to submit.
