Just doesn't work. You get so far then it tells you an error has occurred and kicks you out. Also took me over 30 mins just to update my password. There are two links to do it and the first and most obvious link, isn't working. Wasted a lot of time.
Would give 0 stars if possible. I booked a reservation through the website, while logged in. After downloading the app and logging in, the reservation does not appear anywhere. You. Had. One. Job.
Doesn't sync reservations between devices. Doesn't allow you to sign out. No where to add in Aeroplan # Very amateurish app. Looks like someone's first attempt at coding.
Crashes 100% of the time. Always end up using browser.
Lousy app. When I went to input my CAA discount it won't take it, not like the website. Needs a fix for sure
Does the job for making a booking, but not as flexible as it could be. For example, if you set dates and then want to change one, you end up having to change both (only used twice so could be user failure). Also doesn't give option to change password, you have to do that via web access. Also can't email your confirmation for a print if you would like.
There was no warning that if I did not share my location that the app would be useless. A user should still be able to open the app and select a location or sign in to the rewards program. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled without being able to load a home page or be presented again with option to share my location. If you aren't going to let users access your app whats the point of offering a choice about accessing location? You should at a minimum present a warning message.
Tells you to book using app, doesn't even have the option to book at said airport(Halifax)

Great idea but the app wouldn't let me request my car for valet pickup. Also it wouldn't display my ticket number so i couldn't use the phone to request it. Not the end of the world. I just had to wait 15 min fit then to go get it but I'd already had multiple other delays and it was very much not appreciated. My advice if you do use the app is to write down the ticket number when you check in your car because you'll never see it again.
this is a horrible app don't use causes issues you shouldn't have. I have tried it twice and twice it has left me unable to pick up my car because the pick up button would not work and your "ticket" number only shows up when you drop off your car in a popup and is them gone from the app so you cannot call to get your car as you need the ticket # to do. So you have to go to the valet then wait approx 45 minutes to get your car. This made the point of using valet pointless
There is no reason why any app should have access to my location at all times and this app is no exception. It seems a bit ridiculous that unless I grant the app access to my location at all times, the app won't load. That needs to be fixed. I get it that pick up and drop off needs access to the location but other than that, the app should still be able to load even if I don't give the app location access all the time especially if I'm not looking to use the pick up or drop off options.
The mobile app available from Google Play has a problem with it. Once logged in, there is no selection to log out !!! Sometimes making a reservation has to be interrupted therefore the ability to Logout and either Save or Discard already entered information .... should be an integral part of the app. This is ... or could be .... a privacy issue !!
Terrible! This app continues to crash when trying to opem on Google Pixel. Its been over 6 months since the app worked. Works on my work phone which is an iphone. Similar feedback is being provided from other android users for months now. Take the time to fix your app. loved it when it worked!
Should not need location services to work. I should be able to enter a location and then be provided info based on the location entered. Installed and uninstalled the same day. Had to force stop the application for it to stop trying to pick up my location in the background.
Frustrating. Logged in so it already has my vehicle from my rewards account, but won't "continue" without additional information, then won't give me a keyboard to type it in, just sits there while I tap the info box. Also, no way to enter my CAA number for discounts.
My reservation worked and everything but your own staff had absolutely no clue what I was talking about when I presented the bar code in the app in Nisku. They didn't even know the Park N' Fly app existed. Also, needs to be a way to delete old reservations.

When attempting to make a reservation it first it didn't know the colour of my vehicle, even though it was in my profile, and wouldn't let me add it in. Second try it had my vehicle colour, and worked good until I decided to use enough points for 4 days, took my points and then crashed! I need a number to call other than my local location.
app is not good at all!! reservations don't seem to show in the app. what's going on? the app redeemed my free day rewards earning, but no reservation shows in the app. how do i find it, and what happens when i show up at the valet lot??? it used my rewards points, but no reservation appears. really poor experience.
not good so far. I downloaded the app yesterday and have no clue on how to log out. so at this time my personal information is not secured if my cell is left out of site. park and fly, your core business needs to be reviewed. oh and I have points missing! can't call your support team because no one answers your phones and emails are a 48 hour window. terrible customer service!
if I could give a zero, I would. Since the app was updated, it does not work and keeps crashing. I used to like using the app, but it is now only a source of frustration. Park n Fly, get your act together, this is not professional
Since the April 2, 2019 update of the app it continuously crashes on opening running on a Samsung S10+. May 22 had update, still crashing on opening. Developers need a lot of work to make this app worthwhile. If I could zero star this app I would.
Not able to add payment method and complete reservation

App is great im theory and when it works, however more often than not it doesnt work. I have been trying to access it since Friday amd it wont even open.
never works... installed 3 times, still nothing, even though the app has received major bug fixes and improvements, still not working...
installed a new updated version and it's working! no more crashing! a huge thank you to Frank for all his help! Park and Fly gets 5 stars from me!
Do not be fooled: you are not reserving anything!!!!! I recently downloaded this app and made a reservation for "Express A" in Montreal. I had a confirmation along with their bar code. I arrived at the Express A parking lot. A notice was posted - the parking was full but to go to "Express B" parking. We arrived at "Express B" to find that the bar code would not scan. The parking was nearly full but we managed to find a spot. THE RESERVATION MEANT NOTHING!!!!!
