App seems to be down for maintenance quite a bit during the later hours of the night, which is when I most frequently handle finances. The App is also not optimized for the Samsung galaxy fold line of phones so I've had to figure out workarounds for alot of things in the app. I'm putting in more work than I feel I should have to in order to use this.

One improvement would be to add about a half to 1 second delay when taking photos of checks for depositing. Or add button to push when ready just like a camera. It currently happens so quick that one barely gets the check aligned in the photo box before the camera app takes an instantaneous shot. And you better have check turned over and aligned prior to accepting photo of the front because as soon as you accept the front of check, the next photo snaps without warning.

This update is horrible! I have tried to give it time to maybe work out the bugs but so far it hasn't. The old app was perfect for me. Totally clear and user friendly. This new update is too slow. It buffers forever and when it finally is visible it isn't smooth to navigate. Too many steps to deposit a check and unable to view all accounts at a glance. I was perfectly comfortable with the old app. New isn't always better! Leave a good thing alone. Please bring back the old format.

They changed the app and somehow made it more clunky. It acts like you're making a new account even if you're just trying to log into an existing account, and it didn't save the previously saved billing information well. In order to enter a phone number you have to type in the dashes too. It's just awkwardly made and you'd think they'd transfer over your previous information better. Log in verification texts take over an hour to be delivered.

Bring back the old app!!! Before this latest update, the app was PERFECT; so incredibly simple, clear and concise; a transfer took less than one second! This new updated version is just awful; too many clicks to get where you're trying to go...too skinny of a font to read well...not all information fits on the screen now (had to keep back-clicking to see my complete account totals on the transfer screen.) Terrible. It makes me want to change banks.

Can't log in half the time. The app will not load even with full service or internet. I can't wait 10 minutes for my account to load. You can barely tell what your actual balance is because it shows three different amounts when you look at your quick balance. The app has somehow gotten worse with this update. (Update) I can't even log in to the app anymore without having to wait minutes for it to load. When it does finally load it makes me receive a text to put in a security number. Fix this!!!

Terribly executed update, not seamless at all. Was forced to go through full registration process all over again, slowly scroll through a constitution of legalese (if you scroll too fast, it jumps back to the top ugh!!) - only to find fingerprint recognition (which I also had to set up, all over again) no longer works and that everything takes minutes to log in and load, if at all. Textbook, for how to ruin a perfectly good app with a 'new and improved' one.

It's gotten better since the post-consolidation update, but it's still wonky AF, half the time. Like, right now, trying to do transfers is screwed up, because something triggers the drop-down to automatically select an account, and won't let me change it, so I *have* to do it at the website.

Update is absolutely terrible. Takes multiple tries to login every time, if you're lucky enough to get in. The apps poor performance means you no longer have the ability to move money to avoid over draft fees quickly and in real time. I have called multiple times to make transfers that I used to make on the app. Absolutely terrible.

I do not like the new set up. On my IPad it is extremely small. One reason I liked using the app on the I pad was it was big enough to look at easily. I also find it more difficult to navigate. I have to tap more "buttons" and scroll more just to see my recent transactions. I love my bank just not the new app.

With the new update it is completely rediculous what you have to go through to get back in, and then once you are in everything seems very crowded and not very clear. It is not straight forward at all to see your pending deposits, I have no idea if they are pending or if they have not gone through. Since I can not find my pending I worry this app had an error and the deposit it not going through. I am not happy with this, it was better before the update.

Works when it wants to. Deletes your login information. Constant errors. Slow. Doesn't correctly log in with finger print. List goes on and on. App is just as bad as the new ATM's that are slower than the old.

The new app often times doesn't let me log in. When it does this, it just spins and spins, tying up my phone for 10 - 15 min, before I am forced to restart. Why? Nothing progressive about that, at all! It's also much more cluttered, than the previous version.

Doesn't open everytime I need to use it. After putting in my user name & password it just buffers and buffers. Also, I had alerts set up to notify me of my balance at a certain time everyday with the old app and it worked fine but now that isn't an option on the new one. I don't like this new app. Too many flaws in it. Too many inconveniences for me.

Rarely does this app recognize my password Requires multiple attempts, using same credentials for it to finally work. I am going to uninstall the app and reinstall to see if that resolves it. This is not just a recent issue, but rather a recurring one

Extremely frustrating app! The newest version is super confusing when determining where $ is. In the condensed view the "available bal" & the "current balance" display 1 amt. If you click on a acct, the balance you see in the next view doesn't always correlate w/the previous view. The app boasts the new ability to transfer funds multiple ways, but it takes days for balances to update & it's not always clear if they were completed initially. Ultimately, we just call the bank now.

Horrible!:( the previous app was fine, but this new one is absolutely garbage. It has been taking me hours to try to get logged in and get the new accounts set up. Then took another hr. to get someone on the phone. Not an easy transition at all. I'm about to switch banks if they don't fix this.

Both the new app and the new website are an unreliable, poorly functioning, overly complex mess no matter what browser you use. The old app and old website worked much better. This new stuff appears to have designed, engineered, programmed, and implemented by idiots. If not fixed on all counts soon, I will be changing banks!

When I first got the app it was originally named Fairfield national bank. It ran fast smoothly and was very reliable. When it changed to park national it was the same lay out still reliable. After this recent update I tried to set up fingerprint log in. However, upon doing so the app loaded about 5 minutes and took way to long so I closed the app completely. Upon opening the app again it was still loading for some reason now I cannot get my balance for my account.

My second review...still not impressed with this app. Very SLOW and often time times out while trying to complete a task. Very frustrating! I am the POA to many others and have experience with several other bank apps and this is by far the worst since the update. WAY to crowded and wordy on each page.

Fast balance was showing that i had money. When i logged in, my list was showing the balance from 2/3, not 2/15!!!??? I thought i had received a deposit because it was showing a much higher balance and turns out it was much lower!! I had to unistall and reinstall just for it to show current. It takes way to long to even log in most of the time, thats why i rely on "fast balance". Inaccurate and is really messing with my finances, thanks for the headache. Seriously have had it with PNB!

Constantly "crashes" and when you call the help line they can't give you a reason or an estimated time when it will be back up. Can't get to your balance and the txt notifications never goes thru. I signed up for the 'quick check' balance so you don't need to log in to see your balance but you need to log in to use it I HATE THIS APP

My phone has a fingerprint scanner which I love being able to use because its so much faster to be able to sign in. But everytime I restart my phone or turn it off, I have to re-add my phone to the app.

This app is unusable. It crashes every time I try to transfer funds or check the transactions on a specific account. I am regularly locked out without entering my password once. Using the thumbprint option and biometrics gives me an error saying I have entered an incorrect password. This is a garbage app from a garbage bank. It should also be mentioned that the only 5 star reviews are from people who's names are on the Park National Bank billboards around town. Do better.

This "new and improved" app is AWFUL. It won't load half the time, takes forever to switch from page to page, and the app force quits almost every single time I try to mobile deposit, it usually takes me multiple tries across several days to successfully deposit a check. Thinking of switching banks because I am sick of dealing with it.
